Very nice salon. I have gone to Tanya to get my hair straightened with the blow dryer a few times. My hair always looks perfect. I get lots of compliments .

The hairdresser did a terrible job with a blonde hair dye, leaving 3 inches of roots dark because she said "that's how it's supposed to be". First, that's bull since the way she did her own is not like that. Second of all, service providers are supposed to listen to the customer since they're the ones who have to live with the good or bad hairstyle. The lady also went back on her word of saying that the expensive hairdo could be fixed one time, refusing to follow through and saying I had to pay the full price again. Such a headache. I would not recommend this place for hair coloring anyways. I had to get it fixed somewhere else. Such an expensive and time-consuming mishap.

Since all these reviews are several years old, let me give a more up to date one. I have been looking for a new stylist since Covid restrictions have been lifted. Decided to try here since it was close and I was able to get a same day Appt. Salon is bigger than it looks from the outside and clean. Kelly did my hair and I'm happy. So sick of rocking the Pebbles look. Hair is now short and styles. And even though I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and kept changing my mind about how it looked, no complaints or attitude. Will go back and prices were reasonable.

Came here for highlights and the lady who did my hair was amazing! Her name is Kelly and I will definitely be seeing her again for my hair needs. I have long thick Asian hair so people tend to rush because coloring can easily be a couple hours job however she was very fast without rushing so I could tell she knew what she was doing. She wouldn't let me leave until we were happy with the color (my hair is black and we were lightening it to match the bottom of my hair which I did at home so it was a bit of a mess to fix) ended up staying like 30 mins after they close. I also got a cut along with the color. She understood what I was going for perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I called ahead and asked if they did walk-ins which they do. The lady on the phone wasn't the most personable but I figured it had great reviews so it would be worth a shot. I washed my hair and just went as I was because I had planned on having them style it too. I showed up and I was greeted and then when the first stylist told me that the other female( I'll call her blondey) stylist would be with me shortly, miss blondey replies with ' no, I have another gentleman coming in. I mean, you could wait or you could leave and come back. It will be maybe 30 min. It's up to you but I have another guy coming in. He made an actual appointment.' She definitely had a bit of a snotty attitude but I told my husband that I would wait it out while he ran errands. Miss blondey got done with her current client and not once acknowledged me and walked to the back and disappeared for 10min, never having her 'other customer' show up. I was just left there on the couch patiently waiting. After another 5 min I had enough and left. I have never been treated so horribly before and I will not go back nor do I recommend this place.
