I went to get my eyebrows done there and I was specific about what I wanted. right off the bat she starts waxing and I could tell from the placement that it wasn't what I told her. anyway, nothing I can do until she's done. she gets done and she didn't even get the tweezers out or nothing. I just went home disappointed and when I look in the mirror there's all hair still left in places it shouldn't be! AND THERES WAX IN MY HAIR. I'm so don't don't ever go up here!

I think it is so rude to talk in you native language amongst each other when you are servicing people. But was amazed by what you all were saying when I turned my translator on. You said something to the effect of why were we out cages and doing our feet was making you all sick. I have never been so angry before in my life. I'm mad at myself for spending my money with you all. And I will never be back. To speak like that of someone that spends their hard earned money with you was horrible!!! But I'm so glad I now know how you really feel!!!! Ladies use those translators on those iPhones they work superbly!!! I will never be back!!!
I went to 2010 Nail & Spa in Florissant, Mo. December 2021 for Microblading. Heather did the Microblading. Heather gave me a warranty card that stated if I come back in 6 to 8 weeks they would do a touchup for $100. Saturday, March 11, 2022 Heather increased the price to $150. She said I had to come back within a certain time, I did. She said it was a year since I got the microblading, it wasn't. She was visibly confused about when the microblading was completed in spite of the fact of the date that was written on the receipt and warranty card. She stood by that amount and wouldn't give me the amount written on the warranty card. That is EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS!!! I didn't get my touchup, which did upset me. In the end they'll hurt WAY MORE than me. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
