I came in for the first time bc my normal place was packed. I won't come back and didn't even get service.
1. The tech was touching my feet with her barehands
2. She use a drill that was just sitting around to take of polish
3.another lady who was there before me was sitting in a empty pedi bowl requested water and they said. "We aren't ready for you yet" Smdh then have her sit in the waiting area, why have her uncomfortable like that.
4. What topped it off was I asked what the BASIC pedi cost and she said $37. I got up and checked the prices and it's $25 I walked out right then and there. Don't lie to me about the prices!! Give me the options and let me choose!!!
I'm not here for rude or rushed service. I came to have a moment of pampering. I won't be back. This isn't my type of shop and may not be yours either.
I recently went in for a gel manicure and my nails look like I did them at home with regular polish. They don't have that glossy finish a gel mani usually has. Also by the next time it was already chipping.
WORST experience ever! I have been getting a pink & white for 20+ years. The tech didn't even look at my nails to know how I liked them. Spent 2 HOURS sitting there while she tried to get the line between the pink & white correct as they all varied. The width of the white tip also varied from nail to nail -- no consistency at all. She fumbled with her tools and often had to go to a drawer for extra tools to try and fix her mistakes. She even hurt me with the drill under my nail! Then she price-gouged me and charged me an up charge for 2 colors! The menu clearly shows $40 not $50! I should have called the police! DO NOT GO THERE...lack of experience and professionalism -- too many other salons around. Oh did I mentioned there was a stinch when I walked in?
They do not clean or sanitize their implements. They use the same nail file, buffer blocks, foot files, cuticle nippers, and cuticle pushers on everyone. Their version of cleaning is just spraying the items with water. When I asked for a clean nail file the lady laughed at me. I would not recommend this place they do not use proper sanitation practices. People are at risk of getting an infection or nail fungus from this place. State board of cosmetology should definitely check that place out.
do not go here. My fingers looked dirty and they insisted it was because I chose a dark color. I've gotten over 20 dark dip manicures all over the place and I've never in my life had my fingers look so bad. Plus they switched technicians twice and the man was wayyyyy too rough. I would never ever recommend this place. Go across town.
