So...I haven't been here since I was in high school and there is a good reason. The young lady attempted to polish my nails with clumpy polish. I told her not to, she poured some type of solution in the polish and proceeded. The solution made the nail polish paint a little smoother. She was EXTREMELY RUDE anything I would she huffed and puffed and was not pleasant at all. I will NEVER come back here ( writing a review as I am sitting in this establishment) If you are looking for a nail shop  make this is your last destination....I wouldn't even make it your last, just find a better nail shop. Horrible customer service.

I will NEVER go to this place again!!  I only wanted a fill in, and they left me waiting for 3 hrs, and watched 3 people come in AFTER me and get seated.  They never even acknowledged me sitting there (even though I was signed in) - they just kept looking at me??!!  I finally had enough and spoke out to the manager, who then gave me excuses!!!  I will NOT spend my money in a place that does not value my business.  I am a Pastors wife, so word of mouth is EVERYTHING.  I had previously mentioned this business to a few of our church members to try- But now I will definitely tell them about this negative and rude experience!

This is a fairly decent establishment.  I have never had any issues. Of course, people tend to have a particular tech that they favor over another. In my case, I always ask for Tina on my nails. I've been coming here for over a year now and she has yet to disappoint.

Also, I think they are fairly reasonably priced. I typically get a fill in with gel polish and that's about 24 or $25.

A pedicure is pretty competitively priced at about $15. Depending on the type of color I usually get a French tip that usually cost about $3 more.

This place was awful! I went in for a fill and polish change on my toes (I had just trimmed and shaped my toenails myself so I didn't need a pedi). It was Saturday and they got me right in, which should have been my first concern, but I was way past due!The guy that did my nails seemed brand nenew, and he cut me with the file TWICE! My pointer finger and one of my toes were bleeding before I left. He didn't clean them right away either which makes me wonder who else's blood is on that file! Gross!!! These cuts are deep and still haven't healed. I've NEVER had this happen before. Other ladies there refused to have their nails done, but were getting eyebrows and pedicures. I will never go back there.
