Angie's Pro Nail in Florissant, MO

We made an appointment for 2 pm and I brought my parents, husband, and niece. I told them 5 people. They told me to come at 2. I got here, and wasn't greeted. Wasn't given  an estimated time. I had to ask what the plan was. My Dad was put in water and left for 30 minutes. My parents are elderly and can't sit for too long. I explained this on the phone. They know them. They come in all the time. I planned on getting services for myself and husband, and decided not to give them my coins. I will not return. I'm disappointed at the time my parents had to wait.

This is the worse nail shop you can go to in  North county.I called two day's in advance ,  given an appointment and when I arrived my appointment was at 6:30 when I arrived at 6 Angie was doing someone's nails when she completed that person's Nails she asked another lady to sit in her chair and told me she would be with me in a minute why did I make an appointment? Very unprofessional. Bad service, as I sat  waiting I saw no one clean out spa chair bowl with disinfect cleaner Spas for your feet after they've completed doing someone else's feet, at this point I feel it's a very unsafe and unsanitary environment will not be returning there anymore. They argue with you when you ask for a service oh, as if you don't know what you want they're going to give you what they want to give you I've been unsatisfied in the past I never wrote a review but when you have an appointment and her not being ready for me even 30 minutes after you know when my time was she had completed someone's nails and then you expect me to wait again I don't think so. When I have an appointment it's a waste of my time I will not spend my money so disrespectful inconsiderate service. I guess Angie just does not know there is a nail shop on every corner in this city. WARNING !WARNING!   don't waist your time and be disrespected.

I went to this place today and who is the cooky lady that sit on the right as u come in? She kept repeating herself over n over she was rude and thats not the big issue my nails look a mess . When i say my nails are a mess it's horrible they are all different shapes my polish is on my skin just awful. I had to fo to a nearby salon they took one look at said whoa! Ne t to me a lady was complaining her nails were bad and across the older lady Just sat down and said she was there two days ago for a full set and four of them popped off and her polish came off that was jell . So instead of calling and complaining about bad service I decided to yelp them and hipe It hurt their pockets that way

I popped in there today because my regular nail technician is out of town. I just needed a basic manicure and that's what I got. The young man who did my nails was also working on another client while my cuticles were being softened. He didn't even wash his hands between clients. Won't be going back there again.

The lady who sits in the front right under the tv is extremely rude. I was also telling her a problem I had with a few nails and she said I just wasn't looking at them right as that didn't do so well. She was taking care of other customers in the middle of helping me as well. Just to much going on.
