10 Up Hair Salon in Naperville, IL

I've lived in Naperville for 6 years and found it impossible to find a great hairstylist that is great with color. I found her today at 10up Salon. Nicole did such an amazing job. My hair is beautiful. Definitely will be back!!!!

I have been going to 10UP for a number of years. Jackie does an amazing job with my color and cuts. She has suggested a number of different things to try and they have always come out perfectly! The salon itself is very comfortable and friendly. I look forward to my monthly visit to 10UP!

Jackie Jensen is amazing. I lived in NYC for many years and she is better than anyone I've been to in the city and I've been to some major salons and stylist! Every time I go to Naperville I always make sure I schedule time with Jackie. She's very professional, fun and does an amazing job (plus super quick). The salon is a very cool space in old downtown, a hidden gem. I would highly recommend Jackie, she knows what she's doing and has a big following, prices are very reasonable for top quality work.

Rich Kollereb is the best colorist I have EVER had do my hair! First he did a great job doing a color correction from a disasterous color event. The color/highlight combination he uses is perfect--I would not go to anyone else in the Chicago area--I drive an hour 1 way just to go to this salon--Thanks for making me look great!

WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD. I left crying. You can't put hair back I went in for a cut with Rich Kollerb and we talked about keeping my length and layers and the V shape and just cleaning it up and taking up one longer thin layer. When he was done I was shocked. He just cut straight across the bottom of my hair. No V shape. No layers. He didn't even check the front of my hair to see if anything needed to be trimmed. I had to go home and trim the long pieces he left at the front. He never even walked around to the front of my head to check the hair in front!!?? I waited a few days before sending him a detailed and polite text saying that my hair was not what we talked about and sent him a picture of what I was expecting and what we discussed. His response began with "Stop blowing up my phone. ..." Are you serious?? I was politely tying to ask him if he would fix my hair and that is how he responded!!?? I should have never gone back for him to fix it. I knew I shouldn't have gone back but I did....Worst mistake I made aside from going to him in the first place (I didn' t know then though) He cut off a total of about 6 inches!!!!! I can't use my hair extensions I bought for a wedding because my hair is so short now and blunt cut and the difference in length looks totally ridiculous. He "fixed" my hair by cutting more off and giving me chopped up and uneven layers and again cutting straight across the bottom. I'm in tears and so pissed about this. I can't put hair back and he ruined my hair and it will take me a year and a half to grow back. I had to pay $70 for another person to fix my hair plus another $120 for more extensions for this wedding. He said he would refund me and still has not. NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY RICH KOLLEREB. YOU WILL REGRET IT
