I love Empress nails! I have tried many other nail salons and have been doing my nails for years. Empress, nail and spa is the best place to go especially because the quality of their manicures and dips are top-notch. I normally get dips. They last me at least a month. I am not able to find the same type of quality anywhere else. I highly recommend empress, nail and spa. Please come as soon as you can.
this place was AWFUL. i went to get something simple and i ended up with a burning, painful sensation when she was putting the powder on. then they started going off about how it's my fault that i have such weak nail beds (spoiler: i didn't) they also said that it was my first time getting acrylics (spoiler: it wasn't) it was around my 10th. they blamed everyone and their mothers beside themselves. When i asked them to just please take it off they said that i only have one hand left and that i could just do it. after some talk, they finally agreed to take it off. there are still splotches of white all over my hands and nails and my nails look worse than they did when i walked in. Usually i don't complain, in fact, i'm a people pleaser. although, when i'm in pain, i say something. This place just SUCKS.
First time I've been to this business. There were 3 of us walk - ins wanting mani/pedi's and after stopping 3 other places and being turned away, they took us and fit us in. They took their time in spite of busyness. We we're all satisfied with their work and will happily bring our business back again in the future. Thank you ladies!
ZERO STARS - DO NOT GO HERE First time trying this nail salon and the first time in over 20 years of spa pedicures that I got an infection from the process. Cuticle clean up was aggressive and painful. A day later and one of my toes is red and swollen. Skip this salon unless you also want a trip to the doctor. UPDATE - 5 weeks later and the infection from this place has still not been resolved. 3 antibiotics, 3 urgent care visits, 2 podiatrist appointments including a partial toenail removal. NOT WORTH IT - SAVE YOURSELF.
I had such a great experience at Empress! Every staff member was very friendly and personable, I felt like I made new friends! Winnie did an excellent job with my nails, taking the time to pay attention to detail and make sure they looked amazing. The price was great for the service I received. I found my new nail salon!
