I got the lavish treatment of color, cut and style. Process uses plant Enzymes. No ammonia! Because the salon uses John Amico products, my stylist Griselda explained, there is a clarifying wash before color. Really luxuriant natural essential oils infuse the treatment beginning to end. Griselda pulled the color through to the hair ends with a fine toothed comb. Wow. The results: The best color ever. The best cut. Period. With my thick hair, it's heavenly. Griselda is the best-kept secret in town!

BAD BAD BAD!!! I had a keratin treatment there and washed my hair in 1 week with a Keratin Shampoo that doesn't have sulfate - as recommended by the stylist. When I called and told them that my hair was the same as before, they said that I will need to pay for the service again because I didn't buy their product. They should have told me that unless I buy their product, they will not guarantee it - not you can use a Keratin shampoo that's sulfate free! And, that leads to the next item - how crappy is the product they use that with one shampoo, a treatment that lasts 3-6 months is gone. That's just an excuse because they use crappy products and find a reason not to guarantee their service because they know they will need to keep repeating the treatment. Do not go to the salon - they would not even give a discount for something that didn't even last a week. They wanted me to pay the same amount I initially paid for the service. I guess that explains why they always have availability - people don't want to go to them due to crappy products and horrible customer satisfaction!!!!

First time here today. There aren't any bells or whistles when you first walk in, not a very modern feel however, I could not be happier with my hair style!!! Katie did an AmAzing job! Amazing!!!!! Also, I called last night about fifteen minutes before they closed and left a message. They returned my call at 8:15 this morning and got me in today at noon!!!! I liked that there weren't any hidden charges. I used to go to a very high end salon but eventually could just no longer afford it. I'm so happy I tried Studio 10 today!!!! So happy that I even booked my next appointment before I left! I never do that!!!

I got a Groupon deal of 89 dollars for keratin treatment. The biggest mistake I did was not to take the reviews seriously; especially when there were lots of disappointment in the keratin treatment. The most bizarre part is that after hours of treatment and at the time of payment they make you sign a form where they do not take responsibility for your hair if the result is not as expected. Right after my first wash, my hair went back to as it was before the treatment. Waste of time and money. Huge disappointment. Not sure if they care for Groupon appointments.

Love this salon!! This was my first visit thanks to a great Groupon offer and the customer service really stood out for me. There was a small snafu with my appointment time and right away the owner stepped in and told me they would make sure I got my cut and color done!! I was going out of town so this really saved the day for me! My stylist Laurie listened to what I wanted and did a great job!! They made sure I was comfortable during my service and took great care of me! I would highly recommend this cute little shop and will be going there again!
