I have always struggled with finding a good hair stylist. I found RefleKtion and have never gone anywhere else sense. The inside is nice and trendy but super laid back and chill. It feels very welcoming and it's a supportive environment. The people inside are super nice and they offer refreshments. They have amazing hair care products as well. And to top it all off they are super environmentally conscious. You can bring in old shampoo bottles for a discount. A great salon! Warm and welcoming. And best of all is the outstanding cut and color. Micaela is my stylist and she's wonderful! You know you have a great cut and color when it's still looking good a week or two (or six!) after your appointment. Micaela also styles my teen daughter's hair and is great with her as well. Don't hesitate to make your appointment!

I've been coming for years here, and never been disappointed. First the staff, they are AMAZING and so kind. Second, if you chose this salon chose MIC K! This is her passion, and she strives to give her all for every client. She has a huge social media presences, and performs high quality work. I often struggle to verbalize what I want, but shes GETS IT EVERY TIME! Additionally, unlike most salon, RefleKtion is a sustainable and eco-friendly. They recycle everything, offer only sustainable products, truly care about doing their part in helping the planet, along with following their passion. They are the future of salons.

Love that the salon uses so many environmentally-conscious products and that they put such an effort into being as sustainable as they can be! That being said, I was pretty disappointed with my haircut and won't be going back. My stylist was very nice so a part of me feels bad but we spent a lot of time talking about the length I wanted which was boob/mid boob height. She also had me show her where I wanted it to be cut and run my hand through my hair to show her the desired length multiple times. I couldn't see what was happening because she did it all in the back but moral of the story I ended up with a Dora bob which is exactly what she said she wouldn't give me. She asked multiple times about the length and I said I wanted to keep as much of it as possible but just cut off the dead ends but my hair ended up being just past shoulder length which I know it wasn't THAT dead It made me pretty upset and shocked to the point where my reaction was one of those "I really like it" when you really hate it. I cried for a couple of hours because I really loved having long, beautiful and feminine hair, it was one of the few things I really loved about myself. Point is I know it's just hair but I didn't get what I asked for or even what I was told I was getting so definitely a bummer, trying to think about how all of my hair is keeping plastic out of the ocean but the fact I can barely put it in a ponytail is sad to say the least. Trying to make the best of it at this point.

The people were so friendly, and Meghan took the time to listen to me about what I was hoping for in a haircut and ended up coming up with a look that I love and have been getting so many compliments on!
