#1 Nails in Syracuse, NY

I have been coming here over 10 years since I was 16, I'll never go to another nail place. Hannah is absolutely incredible and quite and artist. She can make any nails I want. Kim is incredible, I've been coming here for years! Pricing and wait time never an issue! Way cheaper than other nail salons! I always recommend this place to my friends and family the vibe is always calm and ready!

Please spare yourself and your wallet before choosing this location. It took 2 hours for my daughter to get a new set of nails. The women was new and took forever, she finally asked for help but we entered the salon at 4:00 pm and left just after 6. I explained to the "gentleman" at the front desk and he was rude and laughed at me when I explained I would like some sort of discount after all we have been in the salon for 2 hours. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone, including my enemies.

I just switched nail salons because my other one was pretty expensive. I always love designs and my friend recommended Cindy and she absolutely is hands down the best nail tech I've ever had a nail salon. She is so friendly and makes a point to remember your name and make you feel comfortable! Highly recommend !!

I genuinely enjoyed going here regularly for dip nails & had had my little girls (4, 4, & 6) in once before for manicures & pedicures. I made an appointment for them (after being asked when they were coming back in) for a Wednesday afternoon. Called on my way to say we might be late due to a road closure but we ended up arriving 3 minutes early. The girls went back quickly (great), one started on time (awesome), one waited 15 minutes (not a big deal). At that point they asked which of the two remaining wanted to go first. I said I'm a little confused because I made appointments but didn't really get a response. Finally after one was still waiting 30 minutes after our appointment time I went & asked if something had happened with the appointment I made. First she was telling me I was late which I defended & she apologized when she doubled checked the book. She then went on to say they were short & busy & there are people walking in etc. so to clarify I asked if she was saying she was taking walk-ins over my appointments. Apparently, that was the wrong thing to ask because then she came back to work on the one who waited 30mins clearly annoyed & told me "no more littles ones after this" & that they "don't sit still" even though none of them messed up one nail or got up or anything while having them done, She also continued saying they were short & busy & to understand- which I do understand but why she didn't just tell me that when I called (or when we got there) I do not understand. They also forgot to do one of girls' fingernails but we had been there for long enough so I said it's fine. By the end she was apologizing & saying they could come back & were great but honestly the damage was done. I was really disappointed with how it was handled. Sorry but can't go back or recommend a place that tries to place blame on you for their mistake.

Don't go here. They are rude and their work is terrible. I paid too much for a basic manicure and pedicure that looks like it is only half complete.
