I tried a new place this morning. Walked in without an appointment. I know my bad! But the man at the front desk was SO rude . Didn't even look up . Called Miracle Nails to see if they could fit me in and they said come right over. I walked in and even though it was apparent how busy they were this Friday morning, they could not have been kinder or more helpful. Got a a great pedicure and walked out happy. I will be coming here all the time now.
I've had mixed experiences here... First thing to know - appointments mean NOTHING. They accept everyone and never say no - they'll say it'll be 20 minutes but that usually means an hour. They typically have done a good job for me overall. I typically get designs and, again, they never say no, but occasionally they misunderstand what I ask for. Always be careful about up charges. I still go because I haven't had a bad experience yet but I go knowing I may spend 2 or so hours there so just be aware
Long story short, I loved miracle nails. Over 4 years of trusting in a nail salon, My card was accidentally left overnight, No problem, I trusted this salon. Needless to say, my card was compromised TWICE! i picked my card up the next morning, after canceling!! Sad to say, I never went back. Its been a year of searching, finally finding the right one. DISAPPOINTMENT AN " UNDERSTATEMENT "
This place has gone downhill the spa pedicure aren't as good but the chair massage was the best from the guy who works mostly on weekends !
Unfortunately this business has gone downhill over the years. Today I went in with a $10 off coupon that I received late last year and they said they couldn't accept it although there was a line in the expiration date field. The woman was arguing with me in front of other customers. Very embarrassing. It is annoying because I recall buying a more expensive pedicure package in order to get the $10 coupon. She offered another $10 to replace it but I couldn't use it today I would have to come back by July which I live out of town and cannot use it by then anyway. FYI they also have a very slim selection of dipping powder as well. This place needs better and more friendly employees.
