Love this salon! Everyone there is very kind, and my nails came out beautifully! Definitely will come again!

Glass of wine lots of massaging of the legs and feet, so needed and felt wonderful right down to the hot towels! Gel polish looks beautiful and lots of colors to choose from. Ladies are very welcoming and friendly. Close to work and East to access with plenty of free parking!

Soaked my nails in acetone for 30 minutes to the point where my nails had such a bad reaction they turned yellow. Went outside to smoke during my appointment. Terrible customer service. After I had to "soak" for 30 minutes they still charged me 10$ for removal. Would NEVER go to this place!!!!!!!!!

i Had the experience from hell. i Literally sat for 4 hours for a pedicure & fullset. My pedicure took the longest. The lady who did it was so sweet but needed lots of help from other workers. She applied acrylic on my toe very sloppy, thick, uneven and it didn't match the other foot. one toe left purple. My nails were okay. I paid for LONG nails but these are not long. I left 4 hours later literally in tears because on a good day I wouldve stayed to get them fixed but I needed to pick my baby up from daycare. I called back not even 15 minutes later to speak to the manager about my service and nails and they lied and said she wasn't there. I literally had just left there and she was there. So I ended up just popping back up. The manager was sitting right there I went up to her quietly and explained to her I'm not happy with my services and she said she couldn't help me because she saw my review. so I told her well I paid a pretty penny for these nails and it's not what I want can i didn't want my money back I just wanted it all fixed for another day she flat out told me no she can't help, it looks good to her but I told her to look at my toe it's PURPLE she has the audacity to say I came in with a hang nail... I was furious because that was not true. at that point I'm laughing at her because I'm like you can't be serious right now. This is the manager. The store owner. She gets up, walks to the door and Holds the door open standing in the door way telling me to leave, as I am walking out the door way she puts her hands on my daughters back and pushes us out the store.I would hope she learned her lesson on putting her hands on another persons child ever again. do I think she wanted to push her, no. But she still put her hands on my baby's back and pushed on her back to get us out the store. At no point did I refuse to leave AT ALL. she was mad at the review I left on their Facebook And it resulted with this. The man who did my nails is AMAZING AND SWEET but doesn't know the difference between long And short. And the woman who did my feet was sweet as well but needed help several times as she cut me a few times. I will never come back to this place. I cannot believe the store owner. Police was definitely contacted when I got home. Do yourself a favor and make sure you ask for Kevin he's AMAZING but he very specific On what you want becaause They will charge you whatever! I even offered to pay more to fix my nails and this woman refused to work on me because I made a review. Should I have made the review after I went back? Maybe. But there still isn't a reason she put her hands on my child. Also, they do up charges on services that you do not ask for! They just do it . Sorry for the chaos , i tend to handle things very well but when it comes to my child that's another story. Shame on this store owner!

Sucks!!! my nails look horrible. My niece and I made appt for 2pm and my niece had to wait for me to get my nails done before she got hers done. First and last time here!!!
