I saw Brianna at the downtown location and she was amazing! I went in with little to no idea of what haircut I wanted and she worked with me to find the perfect style for my hair that turned out so much cuter than what I ever could have come up with on my own! I would definitely recommend this salon and I will for sure be returning! Great service and beautiful salon

I was nervous to write a review because I want to support local businesses but I've had too many bad experiences here that I feel I need to make people aware. I've been going to 315 since they first opened. At that time, I went in for a simple haircut. I didn't know that I was being served by the owner at the time but she made a hurtful comment about my hair that honestly has stuck with me since. After washing my hair before the cut, I was told that "my hair was dirty" and it needed to be shampooed three times. I take great pride in my hair and keeping it healthy so to hear this comment in a public setting where the girl next to me heard was very embarrassing. Fast forward to my recent experiences..I tried out their new salon in Downtown and worked with a new stylist. I wanted to get simple, subtle highlights that honestly look like they are barely there. I showed pictures, talked over techniques, looked at swatches, and ended up with chunky, randomly placed highlights, that were very brassy. I immediately requested to come back in another day to add additional toner to it. Which happened and I tipped her $50 for that extra session. A week later the toner had completely washed out (I was shocked!) so I made another appointment at their other location to have it "filled" because the highlights were so bad. This past month I decided to give this stylist another try but with a hair cut. Something simple. Welpppp that didn't happen. I asked for soft layers, face framing, and some of my length off. (I had very very long hair btw). I lost 4 inches of hair, and ended up with a "wolf cut" which I didn't know what that was and certainly didn't ask for it. I knew something was off when she grabbed a large amount of my hair and said, as she was about to cut, "I feel like I'm cutting off too much".. and then attempted to hide it with the "best blowout" Freaking out I made another appointment at their other location to get it fixed and they only way to fix it was to lose all my length because she cut my shortest layer to my chin.. I went from long hair to hair at my collarbone.. I spent 150$ for a botched haircut and another $75 to fix it Be very very very mindful of their downtown location! The stylists are newer and may not be as trained to do certain styles I learned the hard way! I'll be sticking with the other location from now on.

Both locations are beautiful! I've had my hair done by different stylists at each location and it has always been amazing! Great color and I even get blowouts occasionally. I highly recommend.

The stylist I was with was very sweet and kind, but she ruined my hair for my graduation photo shoot. All I wanted was simple curls. I even brought in photos of what had been done on me in the past by stylists back home. She had me leave with my hair up in tiny buns on my head and told me to take them down before my shoot and run my fingers through them. I thought this was strange as in the past hairstylists just used a 1 inch curling wand. My hair turned out atrocious and she could not fit me in to fix her mistake. I was given a refund, but I will never get back the opportunity to take decent graduation photos. I really held back about writing review because she was so sweet, but I just got my photos back today and here I am upset again because this hair stylist didn't know how to do curls.

This salon as a whole is beautiful, clean, safe, friendly and well-managed. You definitely feel like you're getting the luxury experience every time you come here. Julie Marie is a huge asset to this salon. I have been with her for a few years now and have followed her when she moved into this salon. I went to her originally as a stranger looking to bring my nearly black hair back closer to my more natural blonde. She cleared her day for me, a total stranger, and made it happen and took such good care of me and my hair. I've received nothing but compliments on my hair since I've been seeing her and I always am super excited to return for my next service. She is so kind, trustworthy, and she's a master at what she does. She's more than just my hair stylist- she has become my friend. You can trust her to deliver on your #hairgoals.
