I started coming here with my friends a few months ago and I absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly and Steven makes my nails look amazing! Highly recommend!
So happy to have found this salon! After moving back from out of state we have tried many different places and finally found a salon that offers multiple pedicure options and takes time and care. My husband and I get monthly pedicures as a point of self care and way to relax. Not only did we find it here but they are knowledgeable and do not rush and ask questions about what your needs are. I highly recommend Christy and Dean!
I have been coming here for the past 2 months and I could not be happier. Diane always does my nails and does such a fantastic job. I ask for some crazy designs and she will even make suggestions that make them come out perfect! She pays attention to detail and wants you walking out loving your nails every single time! Every time I come in it's always a relaxing experience with a few laughs! Definitely recommend!!
Not sure how many stars I should give bc this review isnt about their services or works! So, I came back one afternoon for a pedi and dip nail after awhile, just walked in and they were busy busy. I waited for a bit and left, not bc I was waited for so long but bc I saw the female tech who I was afraid of the last time I was there still working at the salon. I didnt have a service done by her the last time but by seeing how she treated her client with aggression gave me a horrible impression. She was angry and so rude to that client, slamming the table and called the client weird, told her that her nails different and she was born like that; Then walked away telling the client that she would not take off (whatever on the client nails) for her!!! The whole time that poor customer was polite and patient with the nail tech. I think no matter how difficult a customer is, as a services provider you are not allowed to be rude and to act unprofessionally. You have rights to politely refuse to provide a service if customers are disrespectful/rude to you. Just my suggestions from being in customer-service job. Anyway, I dont know if the owner/manager was there when the incident happened but that nail tech still works there I guess I just dont come back. Who knows I might be in the same situation! P/s: and Im sorry for giving a negative reviews/stars. I usually dont leave a review unless something needs attention
We had reservations to get 4 pedis at 1 we waited 40 minutes and only 2 where done. Asked to soak my feet while waiting and a seat was open and they said no. I am never coming back here. Very Rude and acted like I should be patient when we had a appointment.
