My first time at Pure Glo and I highly recommend it!!! Its beautiful inside, everyone was friendly and Renee not only gave me an amazing cut and rocked some curls for me!!!

REDI is a high level hairstylist and I was referred over to her because supposedly she is highly recommended with coloring for blonde hair. Trust me when I say after she was finished coloring my blonde hair I had CONTINUOUS hair loss and breakage for about two months. I complained to her very quickly that something is wrong because it just keeps falling out. She raised her voice immediately stating "well, it's NOT something I did!" She continued to make improper comments to me like "could you be in menopause?" "Maybe you experiencing too much stress in your life!" Her insulting, suggested comments continued as I expressed "NO" after each one. REDI refused to take any responsibility for what happened to my hair while in her care. The only gorgeous "blonde" hair coming out of this salon at the hands of REDI is her own. Steer clear of this stylist.
Got their Groupon.called to schedule week before expiration. They didn't pick up the phone and after I left message they called me back in 2 days.so when I wanted schedule an appointment they asked me for my Groupon number and when they found out expire soon they say "nothing available in 2 days! Reception was rude and had attitude .I can't belive they are still in business!!! Don't go there at least on Groupon!!
