HairLines Salon & Spa in Shelby Township, MI

After reading reviews online, I ended up getting a trim and asked for long layers. The hair dresser was super sweet and awesome but she failed to give me long layers and the cut was uneven. I felt like nothing really changed with my hair. I would love to give this place a second try and update my review. This place was beautiful inside but left me disappointed..since it was a simple request.

Witnessed employees talking mean to the customers. Didn't give me a good feeling on how they treat you.

Laura was awesome! She cut and curled my hair so beautifully. I will surely come back again. The salon was so stylish and clean. Emily did my bffs nails and was also super sweet to talk to and work with. They're both very talented and we will surely be coming back for services again. It's great to be able to book a hair and nail appointment in the same place so you can have a nice pamper day with your loved one. Thanks HairLines!

Laura is absolutely amazing! I had a bad experience at another salon where my hair was cut unevenly and turned out really bad. I had hairs that were about 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair that somehow didn't get cut with the rest. I called HairLines salon and they were able to fit me in last minute. Laura worked with me for an hour to fix my hair. It looked so much better. I went from crying after my first appointment to smiling the whole way home from hairlines salon. Definitely will be going to Laura from now on. She was very friendly, talkative, and outgoing and was knowledgeable about the best way to cut my hair.

Hairlines have really done a great job with all their updates in their space. The space is really cozy, front desk is really nice. My boyfriend and I always see Claudia when we go in. She is on point with color, cut and eye brows! The salon does have a nail area, cannot speak on that. The area is clean and there are several stations but It doesn't appear it's their main focus, although, they have the space and comfort feeling--probably should promote that area more. Getting a couple of master nail techs in there should be a priority. Several hair stations. Currently, they are doing every other station due to Covid and everyone wears a mask. Love the shampoo and conditioner they use. Smells so good! Repeat customers for sure.
