It appears the only review on here is about the policy of the chain rather than the Thomasville location itself. I went to this location yesterday for a single visit because I'm only in the area this week for work. I have never had such amazing customer service EVER. I wish I would have gotten her name. Y'all this place is the most incredible tanning salon I've ever been to. They have spray and sun lamp tanning, incredible packages, and state of the art technology. You control your own bed for your entire tanning experience!! No more having to rush to put lotion on before the bed comes on! Like seriously the woman who helped me was simply incredible! Thank you! I wish I was closer!!
I registered for a month membership at the beginning of May. I went a couple times throughout the month and had a great in store experience every time. I only needed the membership for one month and then during the month I paid for, I canceled online. However, after I cancelled online I noticed that it still charged my card so I called customer service the next day and was treated like a piece of trash!! The representative (Katy) insisted that I was lying to her and I didn't cancel when in fact, I did. She stated that there was nothing she could do since I didn't "cancel my membership." I eventually asked to speak to a manager or if she could escalate the call in any way because I refused to speak to someone who doesn't treat a customer with respect and she said that there was nothing she could do. I really wanted to like this company but it's hard when they call their customers liars. If you decide to get a membership here I CAUTION you because you will not be treated well if you ever have to contact customer service. This company has NO regard for their customers what so ever. They are money hungry and can't afford to refund a mere twenty dollars. It's truly sad.
