Did not receive the service I paid for. Me and my daughter got the same pedicure package that was started at the same time and I was done 15 minutes before her. They also cut down half of my toenail making it half the size of the other. I have been going here for a couple years and will not be coming back as I get the same package each time and each time it's different.
When you go back for help with fixing a nail after 1 week of services, they tell you that you don't know what you're talking about and refuse to help at all. Terrible, rude services and poor quality work. Pick a different place.
I wanted to get a last minute pedicure and was recommended this place near Southgate plaza from a Facebook friend . First thing I noticed when I arrived was how clean and spacious this place was. I was greeted almost immediately as there was a decent amount of staff working . I decided on a basic pedicure and was prompted to pick out my polish . I chose a sparkly blue color. (being unique is kind of my specialty) . The massage chairs were comfortable and worked great . The lady doing my pedicure was very gentle and made small talk with me . The foot rub will always be the best part . I'm always ticklish when filing my feet , but I did stay still for the most part . Now my toes look great for my vacation and Snow Nails gained a new customer !
Did not do a good job. Nails are crooked and look terrible. Waste of money I'm embarrassed to go out with these things.
I unfortunately won't go back there again after 2 bad experiences. I brought my bridal party here and while it wasn't the best experience, it wasnt down right terrible either. This was back in 2020. I gave them another shot and went there again with my friend about 3 weeks ago. We both had appointments for 2pm. They took my friend to get her nails done around 2:20, but not me. I sat there waiting & watching them let customers go ahead of me that had just walked in the door. Over an hour went by and so I asked the lady at the front desk why she was taking the 4th person who walked in ahead of me first and I was told it was because she requested a specific nail tech and I'd have to continue to wait. It was almost 4pm and my friend was almost done with her nails at this point, so I was furious and annoyed. There was literally no reason for me to even make an appointment with them. I called AJ Nails & told them what was going on and they said if I came in they could get me in right away, and they held true to their word. I drove to their nail salon and they had me in a seat the second I walked in the door and were extremely friendly, unlike the staff at snow nails. Very disappointing
