Another bad experience at Zona... hair dresser was very rude, insulted my hair saying I shouldn't be having long hair with how dry it is and the breakage, I told her I just had a baby so that's why it is and why I haven't gotten to come lately, she said "doesn't matter that's not an excuse". She also was so rough on me pulling my hair so hard that my head is hurting so bad. When she saw me in pain at one point she said it was my fault for not paying attention more when she dries it.

Cancelled my appointment because I didn't call back immediately to review policies, although I had gone through that process before and spoke with someone about the policies in the past. They didn't give me a deadline to call back before cancelling and didn't let me know they would be cancelling. Was busy with my work and kids, but could have prioritized if I knew they would cancel without warning. This was more than 24 hours before the appointment. Tried to rebook online and immediately got rejection email. Unprofessional and rude, do not recommend.

Would like to update this to add that when I was contacted I was again spoken to in an increasingly unprofessional manner. At the time of service there's no option to go into the salon to see the "posted updates" so to even address that as a valid way to show a change in a vital policy is pretty ridiculous. I had to Miss my appointment that I never had confirmed because I was caring for my father to help him avoid going to the hospital. Your team failed to show empathy and understanding for someone whose gone to your salons for 5 years and instead tried charged me $180 for services that were not rendered. Just let it be know this was not good service and was handled in a way that lost me and my family as customers

The atmosphere. The cleanliness. The lighting. The professionalism. Where to start? I've been working with Brandy on a hair project for the past few months and she's been nothing but informative, energizing, and friendly, in the best way. She's the kind of person you wish you could invite over for face masks and wine and talk smack about people with. She cares more about your hair's health and integrity than immediate results--truly a stand-out gem and an amazing stylist. She's a realist, which I appreciate, and starts great conversation while she's working on your hair, which I also really appreciate. But more on Zona: the prices might be steep, but THEY ARE WORTH IT. I always leave feeling so fancy and fresh and sexy. Their quality of service and hair care is unparalleled in this area. And their playlist isn't so bad, either . I can't speak for their other services, but I've only had positive experiences when it comes to haircuts and dyes/bleaching. I'm looking forward to future appointments, and recommend them highly.

Just found my new favorite salon and hair stylist! (Courtney) the best looking highlights ( foils) I've had in awhile. The salon is really clean and has a relaxed non stressy vibe
