I have been going to this spa for my dip manicure since November and the quality is AMAZING!! I have finally found my go-to spot!
Had been going there for at least a year my regular girl recently left and she went someplace too far so I decided to stay. I recently got my nails done with gel nail polish and once they dried they were extremely lumpy so I called back and informed the owner Helen no problem come in and she'll fix I should not have to repay to get my nails done for something that was no fault of my own I believe it now color was old. So therefore I chose a different nail color and I also got the color changed on my toes which no problem I'll pay for that but at the end of the service she charged me for nails that didn't come out the way they should have in the first place and I asked her why are you charging me for my nails and you see how they look and she had the audacity to tell me because I chose a different nail color. So I refuse to go back there or refer anybody to that place again the prices have gone up which I understand but I did not receive the service that I paid for initially because my nails were not correct.
I was in the area and decided to walk in to Quality Nails. Staff was accommodating on such short notice. I got a dip manicure here done by Helen. She was wonderful! She was meticulous and very friendly! This is my new favorite spot in the area. I will definitely be back!
I went here with a couple of my friends earlier today and yesterday to get a pedicure while we were touring around MA during our vacation, which we had stopped by here since it was nearby. The whole experience was relatively good! Nice staffs, relaxing, and the atmosphere was soothing too. If we were to ever visit MA again and stay at a place relatively close by, then we would come back here again! Well, at least I would come back here again.
So disappointed. I went here and it started off fine, but when people started to come in they started rushing through everything and it all went down hill from there. My pedicure was alright but the nail polish is a little bit of a mess and could have been done so much better. My nails on the other hand are a complete train wreck, they're bumpy and uneven. One hand it shaped square and the other is round, they're all sharp and not filed. There's hair stuck under the polish and the sides aren't even painted. When I voiced my concern about the sides and the uneven layers she didn't do anything about it and when she asked if I liked them I said "they're fine I'll just fix them at home" and she said okay and walked away. I payed $50 + tip on regular nail polish and a pedicure, and when I should have left happy instead I now get to go home and re-do them myself. I'm very unhappy and wouldn't recommend going here. They're sloppy and don't care about the costumer at all. Instead I would recommend sunrise nails in Weymouth and go to Vicky or Selena they're great and I'm always happy there. I should have stuck with what I knew but instead tried to branch out but didn't get the results I thought I would.
