I went to the supercuts at the hingham shipyard and contacted head lice. The district manager wouldn't even give me a refund. She said I couldn't prove it. No apology either.

She knows his tendencies & is incredibly accommodating - plus he always leaves looking so handsome! Very thankful to have found such a welcoming place!
I just had my haircut by a woman who literally acted as though she had never cut hair. She botched it so bad that I just told her to stop using scissors and just use razor. My daughter can do a better job with a pair of cheap trimmers. The girl was sweet so I didn't complain and I tipped her. I didn't want to embarrass her but the manager clearly must know she can't cut hair. It's not fair to charge people knowing that she's totally incompetent. I don't put this on the girl but on Super Cuts.
I just moved to the Hingham Shipyard and was very uneasy about working with a new hair stylist after being with the same stylist for the last 23 years. I called ahead and asked for a stylist who was good with color. My last experience with Supercuts in another location was not a good one. This experience changed my mind. Heather, the manager did a partial highlight and lowlight mix to add dimension to my graying hair. She also gave me a trim. She did a great job and because of her knowledge and skill I will go back again. Had to give credit where credit is due!!
Horrible... I took my son there for a haircut. She did not even acknowledge him. Did NOT cut his hair like I asked. Then seemed bothered that we were there. I absolutely will NOT go back
