Easily the best pedicure I've ever had! And longest. Very relaxing. The chairs are modern and very good. The deluxe w paraffin in the real deal.
I finally got my nails done and I'm so happy. there so pretty and Helen and this other girl did a great job. the only thing is that they made people who already have reservations wait. but other than that I would totally recommend going to zennail! they did exactly like the picture!
It was my first time... Helen got me right in, she was very sweet and listened to everything I wanted for acrylic short coffin nails. I'm 100% going back. I'm so excited to see that they offer an express pedicure option for only $20. I spray tan a lot and don't really like pedicures where they spend a lot of time on my legs. Usually I pay $20 for just a nail polish change. Can't wait to go back.
Minus 1. Very disappointed with manicure. It was obvious the person didn't know what she was doing. My nails were all sorts of lengths and shapes when I left the salon. I had to reshape to get nails to look halfway acceptable. Plus it's disturbing that the staff talk between themselves in their native language, which is rude to say the least.
I needed an emergency gel removal so I called to see if Zenail could get me in. The nice woman on the phone stated they could squeeze me in. I showed on time and was seated immediately. After a few minutes the acetone wrap started. When my time was up she removed the polish but instead of using a tool she used her fingernails. That was odd to me but it worked. She filed and buffed then oiled them. All for only $10. I did notice all the people after me had to wait well over their appointment time. I know I didn't help the situation but I do think that they tend to overbook. Everyone was nice. It was okay in cleanliness. I didn't see anyone finish so I can't say how well the tools are cleaned. It did seem as if most people were regulars as they knew their names. I would for sure go again and try out a mani or pedi service.
