RUN!!!! horrible experience, a stylist gave me a terrible color job for $400.00 and when I called the owner to get it fixed she was too busy to call me back, manager did, and set up another appointment to fix it and.... THEY DEMANDED THAT THE SAME INEXPERIENCED STYLIST FIX IT SO SHE COULD LEARN FROM HER MISTAKES, (UNSUPERVISED) MADE IT WORSE!!! when I called the owner again, she was too busy to bother and call me back. I really complained that they ruined my hair turned it brassy red. They told me they will refund my money but I should go somewhere else to get it fixed. They do not care about the customer at all. I would never ever use this Salon. All show but when problem occurs they run away from it and send you out on your own. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
I've recently had two extremely professional & ultra friendly experiences @ this salon.
First was with Michelle Vernon. She's a make up artist. She gave me, one with no eyebrows going in, the most amazing eyebrows when leaving. It was just my first session of two. Touch up is in 8wks. No regrets!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!!!
I've gotten so many compliments. Too, she's meticulous & super sweet. Great communicator.
I highly recommend & trust putting your make up artistry in Michelle's more than capable hands
My second experience was a consult with master hair stylist, Sheri. She was super amicable & knows her craft. Gave me great options. One's I'd surmised myself. Yet, they were affirmed by Sheri's keen eye. I booked an appointment. So can't wait to get my hair transformation!
This salon, from the girls at the front desk, the master stylists, too the make up artist, Michelle, are so down to earth. No pretentiousness here.

Addie called in sick twice. Put me with another stylist. Book it 2 months ago. Got a call she is overbooked she's doing a wedding. Do not go there

I went in for a "cut and color" and came out with extra additional services and "up"
charges that I did not expect. Although the stylist was kind and thoughtful, the charges mainly came from the management. I was very "surprised" when I went to pay. I paid and left; then I began to think about it. It did not seem right and I just wanted to clarify the surprise expense.
When I returned to kindly speak with the manager the next business day, I was told that she would review the charges and "get back with me" the next day. I never heard from her. I was really hoping to hear so that I could get some understanding or an explanation. I do wish them all the best. However, based on the management, I recommend spending your salon dollars elsewhere.
