Stopped here for a pedicure today and they did a decent job. My feet look much better than they did going in. Salon doesn't have a lot of frills, but the staff was friendly and the music was relaxing. I would come here again for a pedicure.
That Salon was a bust for me. If I had the option to give zero starts I would. Showed a reference picture and it's not at all what I asked for in the end. My sister was extremely upset and was disappointed. Would not return here again EVER!!
The worst place to get your nails done! they seem to NOT understand what you want to get even if you show them a picture, they will look at the picture the whole appointment and after do what they call a "design" and charge a full price of that bullshit they do, lmao, don't waste your time and money coming to this place! They can't even do what you ask them for, it is not a salon it's a circus with a bunch of clowns with a certificate of getting a shitty job done just to get it done. Want your nails to look good and with the right design YOU want? Definitely do not go to this place.
This was absolutely the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my life! I was a walk in customer to people worked on my feet and nails at the same time even though I was the only customer in the shop. They rushed both services barely did any cuticle work and my gel manicure completely peeled off within five days and my toe nails chipped within the first week. I will never go back!
First time visiting this salon and it will be the last. We did not receive a good nail job or good customer service. Acrylic gel nails are our usual and have been to many good salons around town. Decided to give ZEN a try. We walked away with nails that are messy, thick and sticky for $50 plus a $10 tip. 10 minutes after leaving decided to call and ask about a redo because of being dissatisfied. The response over the phone was shocking! I was told, "We do a good job and if you're unhappy don't come back. We don't redo nails. You should go somewhere else." Wow! I've worked in customer service for over 30 years. I would never say this to a customer! A sure way to lose business. I will not go back to ZEN!
