James is a godsend. He's done my nails for years & I wouldn't trust anyone else to kill it like he does every single time, yet I've never been let down by anyone in this salon. They are so clean, professional, affordable & all around AMAZING !!!
My husband and I have been customers of the salon for about the past year. What I did like about it was that we could always walk in around 10 on Saturdays and there were no customers in addition to them being open on Sundays. Many times the lady in there would nick my fingers with the tool. I would always have to remind her to please slow down and take her time. It wasn't like she would have other customers waiting. Another thing I noticed was that the price of the service would would vary from one visit to the next. Im not sure if the glue that they use for the nail is cheap, or if it's the installation process. Many times I would have to return to have my nail re-glued after lifting ($10 charge sometimes sometimes $5). Today was the last straw for me. She nicked my finger so bad, I bled. The charge for a color change on my toes and the gel fill-in for my hands totaled $70. I asked this lady if she really was going to charge me full price after making me bleed? I guess she does not care about losing two customers. I paid it, but I won't go back.
