Tiffany Nails in Chattanooga, TN

I been going to tiffany nails for over 10 yrs. I went last week for my usual full in and color change on my toes o only get pedi 1 a month. The older guy  that works there did my toes and nails I ask for a specific color to match my toes and nails and he did my toes the right color put when it came to my nails he put the color I pick out then added a purple to my nails the only way I could tell if the sun hits it so when I walk out after getting service I seen the difference and I turn around and show the owner which is tiffany my nails she said something to the guy that did my nails and she said he put the wrong color on top of the color I won'ted and she said she will have him fix it I had already been sitting for a hour and a half before getting my nails done and a hour getting the service I paid for so I told tiffany I will come bk the next day i did i sat there 45 mins before I got a chair and I ask the owner could someone else do my nails and stuff when I finally got in the chair it has been a hour now so I was explaining to the lady that was going to do my nails over and she was very rude had a attitude when u ask her a question she wont to get smart instead of her taking all the polish off my finger nails she repaint over the color and I told her that is not going to work and my nail polish came off on 1 finger and instead of her redoing it the correct way she put polish on it I had to be at work at a certain time so I ask tiff can I come bk I will be late for work I said I will be bk on my day off this was last Friday and I said I will be bk and tiffany said ok I said ty tiffany see u soon I walk out and I came bk today which is Saturday may 22nd and when I walk in there I reminder her what I was there for and I sat down in the chair and as I am sitting waiting to be call to a chair 7 other people walk in and she greets them and send them to a chair and remind you I was there before any of these people after she sit them she comes to me and say u wait a wk to come bk I said I told you I will have to work I will come bk on my next day off and this is my day off tiffany says well I cant help u I said what why I never got my nails fix and I would like to get my toes repolish she said why u wont her to change your toes and nothing wrong with them I said my nails was not right and my toes has to match my nails I was going to pick a different color once I was able to get my nails redone over and then tiffany said to me well I cant help she fix your nails for I said no she just put polish over the polish I didn't ask for so u are saying I can't get what I paid for I said u can give me my 36 dollars bk I paid with my credit card tiffany said I am not giving you your money bk so i said so u taking my money and not giving the service I came here for that is not right and I told tiffany that she was in the wrong and I was going to let everyone know how she really feel about her loyal customers. If u decide to still go to her that is on you I will never ever go bk to her again or send any over here...

I love this place!! Been coming here for years to get my eyes done and more recently to get my lip done. Soon I'll bring my 4 year old niece to get a manicure and a pedicure for the first time
