After not getting my hair done professionally in years I called for a walk in appointment I wanted to treat myself and cheer up from thinking about my mom whose heavenly birthday is today February 3rd - I was truly impressed with the entire way I was treated from the shampoo - to coloring - washing and blow drying the finishing touches were the BOMB.COM - I truly enjoyed the entire experience the entire shop made me feel at home the family atmosphere and we had a great time..talking getting acquainted and the SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING - LOVED IT see you soon (2weeks) Brenda
I love this salon. The hospitality and service is impeccable. I'm from California visiting my sister. I happen to walk by this salon and asked if they could cut my hair. Yvette welcomed me and cut my hair with no problem. I felt comfortable and at home. I left with an awesome cut. Every time I come home I make an apt to get my hair done. The next time I visited I had braids done by Tay. Another awesome job. Very nice young lady. I have to say this a well run salon and the entire team is very nice. Old school service with a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you all. Peace.
I know the owner very well and she is the only one the does my hair, although everyone in the establishment can do awesome work. I just stick with what I used too. I usually make an appointment but walk-ins are welcome. I try to avoid Fridays and Saturday, why because it's a hair salon and those are the busier days. Always positive vibes and laughs. If you get hungry it's located on H street with plenty of food locations near by walking distance from shop. Oh one more thing if you're into braids/or have dreads they also someone who does those types of styles. Give them a try you won't regret it.
