Looks like I'm out-of-luck on the $200 gift certificate I purchased. This establishment is out of business. I called the Rancho Manana Resort to double check and they wished me luck in trying to get any recompense for my certificate. Another Covid fatality!
I purchased a gift certificate here for my mother last year. She tried quite a few times over the last few months calling in to get more information and no response. Now it's looking like the gift card has expired? I did not know that gift cards could expire within 12 months of purchase but even if that is the case this should be communicated clearly to the customer. I only wish I could give zero (0) stars for this complete lack of customer service and helpfulness.
Great day at the spa. Enjoyed my facial with Melinda and massage with Jim. I do think that Wendy at front desk is what really made the experience for me today though. So accommodating, knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, kind and professional. Xquenda should be proud to have her. She didn't just treat me this way either. She was consistent with everyone and i was there for a good part of the day! Thank you Wendy and team!
We had the greatest time ever at rye Xquenda Spa. The staff is professional, facility is clean. The ambiance and interior design is thoughtful and amazing. The owner Shandell is dedicated to provide the best services possible to her customers. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us and set up a private event on Sunday,I.e. when the Spa is not normally open. We were a group of 8 ladies and who had the best massages and facials. We would definitely want to come back again. We highly recommend this place that also have so much potential. Thank you, Marina and 7 more ladies.
I had a great experience at the salon here. Audra was wonderful! I have long hair (w/ highlights growing out) and she made some great recommendations for me. Great cut , root touch up and style. I will go back and would highly recommend her!!
