I was in need of a trim and texture. Go to their site to make an appointment and you will have priority if the others ahead of you do not show up. It was still relatively early in the day. I was surprised when I checked in to make an appointment. There was a 50+ minute wait. The list of people showed I was 6th in line for a cut. However, only 2 other people were waiting. I was going to go next door and then decided to stay put. My 10 minute wait paid off and I was bumped up in line. The cuts are fast with stylists who are friendly and chatty. They keep records of of the previous work done on your hair. They confirm these records before they start. Annette was very efficient. We were done in a jiffy and I am totally satisfied with the cut I received. Shared parking lot.
I went in and asked for just a simple face frame. She suggest i trim my hair because it was splitting a lot. i say why not. she had me stand the entire time. she was a super sweet lady, but i kept having to ask her to fix certain parts. coming home i realized the frame work is uneven and the bottom of my hair is too. i was hoping to have a cheap place i can trust to get my hair cut. but i guess not.
What an absolutely horrible experience. Went here to give it a try. Showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. She took a right turn and tried to give me a Mohawk. Ended up having my whole head buzzed as a result. What's the whole point of a picture for the old lady to go to right field. Then the audacity to not even apologize and still charge me? She really showed me why these chain places hire the lowest end of employees. And to just pay the extra and go to a barber. I haven't had a buzz cut since the army 18 years ago basic training. I guess a hat for the next 6 months is going to happen. What a waste.
I had not been here for a few years because I got a semi crew-cut when asking for a trim. I went 2x recently. Despite telling the woman several times "I want it to just touch my ears," she decided an inch over was ok. I asked her to go shorter twice and I got an argument that it would be fine after a shower. I had to go elsewhere @ four days later. Apparently, 4 minutes in the chair was enough for her.
Natalie did a fantastic job! The cut looked great, prices were reasonable, and she was so fun to talk to. Highly recommend!
