Pinky's is my favorite nail Salon. They have the best colors, products, and a wonderful staff. Everyone does a really nice job there so it doesn't matter who does your nails...

After 3 1/2 years of being a loyal customer, even during all the times, I've had to wait 30 minutes to over one hour as they had to finish up other people I have finally decided to come to my senses. I am a gel pedicure and gel nail every three week, consistent patron, who doesn't mind spending money because the quality of service was always good. Unfortunately, after being made to wait numerous times, and no value of my loyalty or acknowledgement with a thank you, I was pushed away today being told my appointment couldn't be honoured because unfortunately they were booked and over booked but I could come back this week. I've had enough. I have finally decided to try, any other nail salon as they are a dime a dozen almost on every other corner and strip mall, and hopefully be treated the way a loyal customer deserves to be. They have no understanding of loyalty, but unfortunately shame on me for waiting so long.

I had a regular pedicure. The tech offered gel polish multiple times with the premise it would last much longer. I went in with only intensions of the basic pedicure and would not upgrade. I was given a quick pedicure, with one coat of polish. I'm assuming that's the problem with the integrity of their base pedicure. I have never had a salon only use one coat and yes, one day later, it has chipped and is completely see through.

$107 for the guy that did my nails to rush through every part of my experience. I even paid extra for the upgraded pedicure. The older gentleman that was doing the "massage" rubbed the products only on the tops of my shins as he starred at the timer on his cart. At the end, I still had not rubbed in lotion on the top and sides of my legs. I'm convinced I never got any of the products on the back of my legs or bottoms of my feet. The hot stones that were part of the pedicure were rubbed on the tops of my legs and tops of my feet for about 45 seconds. The polish is not covering the entire nail and all over the not properly cleaned up cuticles. I went with a couple of my friends. My friend, that got the same pedicure was in the chair over 45 minutes longer than I was (pedicure alone) with the same upgraded pedicure. The young lady that did hers did an absolutely amazing job. The other friend only got a manicure, in which she was cut twice and had polish all over the sides of her fingers. Absolute waste of money...
