Patrick and Jira helped me to find a condo in San Francisco, took me 3 years to find the one that fit me the most with my budget. I got the price that I wanted asking price condo $570,000 but I got $520,000 with first time my offer include all the furniture in the place a bed, a coach, a dinner table, chairs, frames, etc. It is turn key property with the decade HOA fee. It is tough to find a right property since we knew how high the property market has been. My suggestion you need to find an agent who fits what a client wants, needs, styles. Some agents are so rushing, they are all about closing the sell, their commission come first, didn't provide the good service to you.
