My daughter wanted her natural hair twisted out. She still had relaxer at the ends so i gave her a choice to just cut it which she decided to get it cut. I explained that it will not look as full as when she had crochets. She still wanted natural. So we proceeded and she got her hair twisted. She got out the sear and I said I thought you wanted it twisted out. So she went back and told the hairdresser the hairdresser explained that usually the twist outs are twisted bigger. I understood and my daughter still wanted it. After her hair finished drying the twist out began. I have done better in the past even with small 2 strand twist and then out. She looked crazy But thats what my daughter thought she wanted but she was not happy. So the hairdresser said she will send me things to get to keep it going about an hour later but never heard from her. No let's make a next appointment I guess to me they knew it was messed up. I did pay and gave a nice tip because I know the hairdreader tried and she thoroughly cut my daughter hair so it can grow back healthy. I just can't get over the dact that they just kept me and my daughter hanging like that. No follow up just because you kLenexa the client walked out unhappy. We'll never again. Believe that. Sometimes it's about custimer service

Run as far as you can from them when it comes to braids. 2 weeks ago I made an appointment for fish bone braids. The owner of the shop asked for pictures and I sent her pictures of MY hair in the exact same style and asked if they can do it. She said yes that she had a braid who could do it. I get there this morning and the braided asked to see the picture again, I showed her and asked if she could do it. I also showed her several other stock pictures from an IG page, but for the most part they saw pictures of my hair in the style. Needless to say the braider wasn't doing my hair in the way I wanted it even as I continued to show her pictures of my hair braid in the exact same way. So she says she didn't feel comfortable doing it. Another stylist and the owner started taking the braids out and the owner said I have a back up braider so let me see if she can do it. She came back and said the back up can do stitch braids. After showing me what those were, I said ok because my hair was done like that before, so I showed them more pictures of my hair in stitch braids and said I was fine with it.The owner then said the woman who was doing my hair knew how to do stitch braids, I asked if she was sure, she said yes. Then the braider who was originally doing my hair came over and said that she knew how to do my hair the way it was in the picture. The owner then pulled out a picture of someone else's hair in stitch braids and. was like what about this, it was a cute style so I said yes. She sent the braider the picture. I was livid when I saw my hair. The picture on the camera phone is what I was shown and the owner and braider said the braider could do it. The other pictures is what I got.

This is the place to get a great haircut by a master barber. DeWitt Myers has been my barber since 2004(?). I tried a few others but just wasn't satisfied with the quality of the cut or the level of professionalism. DeWitt is really good. I go about once a week for a nice haircut and shave. He gives advice on what will and what will NOT work on my head. I can count of him for his professional advice so that when I walk out I look good. I don't have as much hair as I used to, but what little bit I do have I need it to look good all the time. I highly recommend DeWitt and this establishment. It's clean. Staff are professional. It's got televisions for you to watch. Music going too. Give them a try if you are searching for a good haircut. And they do ladies hair too.

Please see my detailed review on Google. In response to the owner my hair was not significantly damaged. I have a spot in my crown that was exacerbated by my previous stylist. The spot was recovered by me, because I stopped going to her over a year ago. My profile pic is recent and shows how thick and healthy my was prior to going to your salon. Lastly I'll say Cece used Blue Magic grease and Suave Naturals on my hair. I assumed it would be Design Essentials as their products are featured on your website. Bottom line: My Google review is not a lie or an exaggeration. I was pleasant when I left because I was in too much pain to be confrontational. I had already said enough in the chair. My review history is very positive, and because a woman's hair is her crown I felt the need to warn others.
