Lily - THANK YOU so much for being so kind and caring! I walked into Vivian's after having a not so pleasant some other place and desperately needed some love for my poor nails. Lily welcomed me as soon as I walked in and was so sweet and caring through out the whole appointment. Understand the pain I was feeling and she was gentle and I am SO PLEASED with the results. I have my go to nail tech who always does a great job on my acrylics however it is very unprofessional and rude to ask your customer for a tip. I've been going here for a while to the same technician and usually tip after every service, but I notice I am being asked to leave a tip. When I didn't have it to tip after a service I was asked why? Definitely contemplating on returning after this which sucks b/c I love how the tech does my nails.
Always very friendly, clean and do a good job on my pedicures. Prices are reasonable too.
Made an appointment in the am after several calls. Came to appointment and the whole appointment was fast. They rush you to the chair and they don't give you much time to pick a color out. Then she spent the entire time taking the polish off. She barely touched my feet. No lotion. No paraffin wax. While doing my pedicure she kept rubbing my toe on the uv ray machine smudging it. Prob one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. Vivians is not the same as it used to be. I can't imagine they can justify 60 dollars for taking polish off. Been coming here for years and I'm all done and the girl next to me is still having her feet rubbed
