After reading the reviews and seeing a few negatives one we went ahead and decided to come to this place because what could go wrong. The service requested was not fulfilled she ignored our request and decided to cut my child's hair after we told her it's just a trim to the front area nothing else. Will not be returning. The only star this place gets if for how nicely it is decorated for the kids.
Just look at the pictures, enough said. I will not be returning. For the money they charge, I could just take my kid to a barbershop. Which is exactly what I did to get this fixed.
Easy peasy!!!! Took my 3 year old here today for her first hair cut. I was a few minutes late to my appointment but they took us back right away, patiently let my daughter choose where to sit....moved her when she cried anyway so she could sit on my lap...gave a perfect cut followed by a cute braids and hair clips, a lollipop, and a balloon. I mean, what more could anyone ask for? So awesome. Thank you so much!
Took my 12 month old son for his first haircut today. Amazing job done by Amina. She was SO incredibly patient, kind, and very safe when my child was scared. He left with an amazing looking cut and I am beyond impressed. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you Amina!!
Very dirty place. The whole place and every single thing in that place is full of tiny bits of hair. Even the baloons and showpieces they kept in their salon are full of hair. Anybody who will visit that place will get dirty with hair. It looks like they never clean that place. Except for those kids cars, there is nothing special. Even the staff are not very expert in dealing kindly with kids.
