Jenna is very technically knowledgeable and has an artist's sense when it comes to applying lashes. She keeps up to speed with the latest lash technologies as well. Appointments are easy to book online - don't forget to check out her add on services as well to enjoy during your lash service. Jenna kindly followed up to ensure that the lashes were settling nicely and she is always open to changes and feedback (longer? Shorter? Fuller?) at each session.

I love this place! I found the gem from a woman I know and I'm absolutely hooked. I've tried traditional lash places and they would start falling out that same day! I've received so many compliments.

This 5 star review is long overdue. For those who want a short and sweet, here's the last chapter: I followed her to Lake Oswego. I live on the north side of Mt Tabor.

I've only been getting lash extensions for little over a year. Like most of us, I did my research and picked a salon that was close by with a good rating. My technician was pretty young and I was pleased with my first set. When I had my fill done, many of my lashes were going in different directions. I did not know if this was normal or a result of an inexperienced technician. I decided that with lash extensions, I wanted complete confidence in my technician. I did more research and found Jenna. I am very grateful that I did because after about 6 months, I started having an allergic reaction to the glue. Jenna found a solution for me and my lashes are going strong.

And, like I said, when she relocated to Lake Oswego, there was no doubt that I was going to follow her there. ;-)

Jenna has been doing my lashes for years and is truly a lash artist in every sense of the word! I recently tried the dermaplane facial and hydro gel facial and left glowing. It really helped with unevenness in my skin tone and a noticeable lessening in dark spots. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment that I booked 2 weeks in advance with one of their apprentices. Never got a reminder text or anything like that. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that she quit and that there should be an email waiting for me. I told her I never got and email and she said "Oh well I guess the system just didn't send it out". This place is very unprofessional and I feel like if someone quits and people have appointments with them, the business should be calling those people and letting them know, not sending an email. I just thought it was ridiculous that I had no warning, took time out of my day to come to this appointment, just to be told I wasn't getting a service that I had booked TWO WEEKS PRIOR. I had no accommodation, nothing. I work in customer service, and If I was running a business and someone quit, I would not be relying on an automatic email system to let my customers know, I would be personally calling so that no one comes to their appointment when there's no one there to do their service. This would have been my first time getting my lashes done, and Im met with this. completely unacceptable. They are unprofessional and unorganized.
