Weirton Nails & Spa in Weirton, WV

The staff is rude and prejudice. I've been in there and they took people just coming in the door before taking me. On another occasion, I was sitting next to a woman who came in after me, the gentleman asked her what she wanted; never looked my way. The lady told him that I was there first.
Then I read on FB that they did this to other African American patrons. I haven't been back.

They're ok. Whenever I went they cut my fingers a lot and my nails always felt itchy. Good artwork though.

Was so excited to come here and pamper myself because the reviews on google and Facebook were so good. I decided to get a full set with regular polish and in my 10+ years of getting my nails done I have NEVER been so rushed to pick a color. I was asked 5 times what color I wanted before I even had nails glued on. Then, the lady doing my nails proceeded to not even ask me what length I wanted and cut them way too short so I had to have them soaked off in a plastic baggie. When putting more nails on she argued with me saying my nails are not medium length they're long and I need to ask for long nails. They barely go past my fingertips. She was not attentive to me whatsoever, talking on the phone and to everyone in the salon but me. Immediately after painting my nails they made me sign my receipt with my nails wet so of course they got smudged and the lady was huffing and puffing at me as if it were my fault. Not only did she leave half of my thumbnails without polish but it looked so sloppy on all my fingers. I understand regular polish isn't the best to get but with a baby on the way I was trying to save some money. I ended up going back in and switching to gel polish bc it really just looked horrible. There were big clumps of acrylic under my ring finger and I asked her if she could file it off and of course she argued with me about that as well.
I never complain nor go back in somewhere but after having someone jerk and tug my hands around for an hour and not even acknowledge what I wanted, I was furious and tired of being nice. This was one of the last things I wanted to do to treat myself before having my baby and I was rushed and not treated well at all.
I was told to "tell all my family and friends" so that's what I'm doing ‍ they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor by changing my polish.
The lady used a glove to put lotion on a client and then used the same glove on me. Pretty disgusting.
It was $46 for a full set with regular polish..and then I had to pay another $10 for the gel I ended up getting.
They're so impatient and rude here it's astonishing. I was a first time customer and will never be returning here. I've been searching this area for a good nail salon for over a year now and still have no luck. I'm glad so many other people have had such amazing experiences here and as I said I was so excited to give them my business but I was so disappointed.

I came to Tom for a fill after Liam did my first set. Not even 12 hours later 1 fell off. I went back the next morning at the time they said Tom would be available and he was working on someone else so a completely different person attempted to fix it but it looked so different from the rest. Not even a week goes by & I lose two more nails so I go to ask what their policy is on refunds and explain the situation to the girl who must be in charge of this poorly ran establishment and she says they don't offer refunds but they would "fix" it. Furious at this point, I don't want to waste anymore of my time at a place with such low end customer service. I'll be taking my business somewhere where customer satisfaction matters. & I'll make sure I let everyone I work with and all the members at Williams Country Club know how terrible my experience at Weirton nails and spa has been since nails is ALWAYS a topic

The best nail salon ever!! I've been going to Rosie for several years, before her new shop. Rosie & Henry, her husband, have a beautiful shop, very clean and sanitary with all new equipment. The are both caring and knowledgeable owners. They do excellent work...I wouldn't go anywhere else.
