SASSY NAILS & SPA in Weirton, WV

Gina is amazing. She took off an old set of acrylic nails and made my nails beautiful again. Her work is precise and she is fast but pays attention to detail. The salon has a relaxed environment that's clean and professional. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Weirton, and I chose Sassy's Nail Spa for my friend's wedding. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, immediate service, and the fantastic job he did on my nails. I haven't had such a great experience at any other nail spa. Highly recommend Sassy's!

Went here to get a FILL and they charged me $61. I asked them why it was so much and they said I got two colors. Never asked for two colors. So.. thought they changed it because my receipt says $41 but my bank statement says -$61... from looking at other reviews this isn't the first time they've done this to people... so the next day I go back because my nails are actually horribly done and I feel $61 is not worth what I got. When I went in and told them how unhappy I was, JACK made me feel like the smallest person and tried explaining to me how a FILL is done. I'm not an idiot.. I've had my nails done for years and I'm also a cosmetologist. Belittling me in front of so many people because I simply asked you to fix my nails that you POORLY did is not ok. You treat people like crap and if you read their response in their Google reviews, it's everyone else's fault but their own. I will never be back here again, had to call and dispute chargers with my bank and they are just rude people. I've been going here for two years now since moving to WV. Very disappointed.

I loved this place, as I have been going here for years.  They always had good prices and great service.  The quality of the work was outstanding, that is up until recently.  I visited before Christmas, sat down for my pedicure she didn't ask what type of pedicure I wanted nor did she ask if I wanted my nails cut, she cut them way to short.   My nails didn't last 4 days and I have never had that problem prior.  So, I chalk it up to a fluke.  I go in 2 weeks later, same fill and pedicure, they were so busy I paid $65 + $10 for gel pedicure. The pedicure was the quickest pedicure I have ever had and got pushed onto the nail tech.  I asked for art on 2 of my nails and she said she couldn't do that but had stickers.  No thanks just make them all one color, we get them  done and I leave, realize that in the daylight the polish around my nail bed was not cleaned up and on the back side of the nail had nail polish.   So, I figure this was someone new, let it go.  8 days later, 2 more nails fall off .  I return today, with 2 more nails gone, I have been at the same job for years and nothing has changed. Again didn't ask what type of pedicure I would like, feel like I am rushed through, then moved over to the nails and they changed my nails from square to rounded, the polish I wanted was gel and ombre and they look nothing like ombre.   Honestly they are ugly, they look nothing like the picture.  The set that I have on, were a brand new set January 6th, I am not abusing these nails this is ridiculous.  Unfortunately, as much as I love this place, it may be time to look for another place.. I spend a lot of money here and I really like this place it is relaxing and convenient.  SAD!!

I had a gift certificate and had heard good things about Sassy's so scheduled my appointment. I was seated quickly my tech was nice enough but just ok (I didn't realize until I got home but my nails are streaked really needed another coat)and I was charged $20.00 more than the advertised price without any explanation.  Probably won't go there again.
