Great Clips in Norfolk, VA

Went in for a beard trim and undercut. Didn't ask how much I wanted off the beard and the undercut line could have been done straighter by a literal preschooler. Had to buzz off the entire top of my head to fix the literal hackjob they did. Three months of beard growth and two years of hair growth down the drain in less than thirty minutes. Never going back to these frauds again.

I have been coming here for 2 years now and honestly they haven't done me wrong yet! Yes there is a wait time, however it is way better than the Tidewater Great Clips. Highly advise not going there and coming to this one instead! My hair was cut by Sierra, she was so friendly and approachable! I saw who do two great fades before hand, and a solid trim on myself. Finding someone who cuts curly hair well is hard. But she did the job and then some! Thanks again!

I went to the Ghent location in Norfolk, VA. I received the worst haircut I have ever had. The hairdresser, Elizabeth had no clue how to cut the style I was requesting. I will never come back to this location.

I never know exactly what I want and Zaria helped me find a cut. After looking at pictures, we came up with a general plan. As she cut, Zaria stopped a couple times and gave me a mirror, so I could see how she was cutting. So helpful! Zaria is considerate, attentive, and gentle. I'm glad she worked on my hair.

I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. My husband went and got his haircut today. His hair was very full and thick, he has curly hair. He is in the military and he was going to get a standard military haircut about 1 inch off the top and a fade in the back. He came home missing parts of his hairline, his hair completely uneven all over and with a cut on his ear. We called the store and spoke with THE MANAGER (whom cut his hair) and she told us that she knows what she did. She "didn't touch his hairline at all and only cut off the top and trimmed the sides" I said that the sides of his hairline are completely cut back and she told me that is wrong and she needs to see for herself because she "knows what [she] did". Obviously she does not know what she did, because that is just completely untrue. My husband was so furious he is going somewhere else to get his hair fixed. $20! This haircut was not worth 20¢... I don't wish my worst enemy to come here, especially considering this was the managers doing.
