Good customer service, friendly atmosphere positive energy, I do recommend and their prices are affordable my hair looked awesome Anna &penda did my hair so lovely.

Listen , I made an appointment for 9:30am. I was standing outside for 10 minutes after 9:30 which is fine. I was the first there and the first to sit down. While I'm getting my hair twisted there was another woman ,who made NO appointment , came in and asked for twists. The woman who began my hair stopped doing my hair ( a client who has already PAID and made an appointment) and she starts working on another clients hair. Very unprofessional and unfair. I had class later on that day but because she stopped working on my hair that created a 2 hour time gap. I do not recommend this place AT ALL !!!!

5 months ago I posted this on google and I forgot to post this on yelp , I am displeased to see that this company is still slacking and not providing the services that we pay so much money for .... I hope my post and pictures help someone else... So upset I spent 80 dollars to get my hair braided! Before I got out of the chair to leave I felt my head and it was extremely wet from all of the gel she used which was odd to me at first but now I see why she did that , all of my hair was sticking out of my braids!! It's been 2 days and my hair is trash, I posted pictures...She didn't braid my hair all the way down at all she legit stopped 3 inches up and my hair is 7 inches so I know it can be gripped, just lazy, the parts were SO UNEVEN !!! GET BRAIDS HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!

Beautiful people and great energy here. I have a crazy work schedule so I never thought I could get my braids done on a Sunday . A&B definitely gets 5 stars because they took me last minute on Mothers Day! I brought the hair I needed and showed a pic of the style I wanted. I arrived around 12:30 and was out before 5. We had good conversation one of the young ladies was from West Africa so she was catching me up on events there. They were so friendly the owner actually came in to help braid my hair. At one point there were 3 people braiding and touching up. I actually fell asleep while they were braiding , listening to their sweet melodic French accents put me to sleep (sorry if I snored ladies). They were very gentle with my hair and trust me I have had some "interesting"hair braiding experiences. By the time I left I felt like I was with old friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, my hair looks celebrity. Definitely returning

I called this shop to make an appointment to get my hair braided. The braider told me it would be $180 for micro braids. I showed up 15 minutes early. My braider showed up 30 minutes late. After seeing my hair, she increased the price to $300 (NOT including hair) because my hair is natural and long. Needless to say, I didn't get my hair braided there. Plus they have roaches.
