Our experience was terrible. Rude service, rough treatment (cut my finger and my daughters finger too b/c he was so rough) Cursing under his breathe... i could go on - do not go here for nails, worst I've ever been to and I never write reviews, oh and my daughters DIP nails are chipping after one day --- AWFUL IN EVERWAY
i was cut multiple times, the nail artist was barefoot, he was incredibly rough when switching hands, and didn't do what i asked. i'm inserting the inspo picture and what i got.
Well.. for starts they are rude as I don't know what . I came in to get my eyebrows done, I go to the back & laid down she's comes back there to start on them, I'm in the process of texting my mother , the lady says "put that down and let me do your eyebrows" or whatever she said . After all is said and done I'm getting up to go pay , before I could even fully set up the woman gone push me . After that I go pay , I pay the man waiting for my changes with my hand out he rudely sit it on the counter. So no I do not recommend these god awful business in Lynchburg Virginia
I'm so thankful to this place for taking very good care of me. They fixed and finished my nails that another salon was unable to take care of. Left me feeling so much better than before I came in and fixed my grandmother's nails aswell. Thank you so much and when I come back up I will be back!!!!
Horrible service. They overcharge. And she sanded my nail down so far to where they are so sensitive I can't put my hands in warm water without them hurting! Also one of the guys that did my toes put gloves on and was touching my feet and then went and finished a lady's nails with the same gloves on! They are nasty
