Horrible & traumatizing experience!!* I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Speaking for the man that does nails there! Went over Saturday to get my nails done! While I waited 2 hours to get seen! The lady that was next to me, got yelled at because her nails weren't dry and she never told the man, so the man ranted for about 2 minutes straight the lady felt horrible! Felt bad for her so bad. In my head I'm thinking, this man is going to do my nails! Well, he did! He's whole vibe since I got there was just negative vibes yelling and getting mad. Anywho, he does my nails! Pairs 76.50 for the nails plus I gave him $5.00 tip. So paid 81.50$ in total! As soon as a step outside I see my nails horribly done! Each nail is different, 2 nails are crooked to the side! Left a review on Google he comments, come we fix for you, 4 days later I go, mind you I live 1 hour away from this place! Go in, starts to yell at me in front of my kids saying, nothing is wrong, it's me, it's my nails! Plus ranting loud in front of my 3 kids! Good thing I have video recordings! Saying I need to pay again to fix, 3 days passed already and he can't fix! When I went in today, he made me sign in, when on Saturday there was no sign in! He yelled and told me he didn't care, it wasn't going to affect his business! Horrible human being! Left a review under Google under June A.

I have been to this place twice and the first time was ok..but EXPENSIVE. The second time was the worst experience I've ever had. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I almost got third degree burns on my foot from how hot the water was! A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, it was anything but. Not to mention the girl doing my fiancée's pedicure told him she wasn't a doctor and not to come back. She also sliced open his toe with how hard she was filing it and the fact that she was paying attention to something else the entire time. Gel polish was an extra $20 ...I've never paid so much for a manicure and pedicure. What I can say positive is that Philip (I believe that was his name) did an amazing job on my nails on my first visit. I didn't have him my second visit bc there were like three people working and 10 customers waiting. As someone who just moved here from Atlanta, I was looking for a good nail salon. I will keep looking.

Only one nail technician was available, and she did not know how to do acrylics. Be prepared to wait over an hour for any services. After we left, we all had nails that were messed up or unsymmetrical. I got burnt, and my friend was cut during the process. Although the employees and salon itself are nice, the quality was not worth the price. I paid over 80 dollars for a fill-in and paint change. I do not recommend doing business with this salon.

$66 for a simple fill in is insane!!! Very overpriced for very underwhelming work! Will not return.

I had gone to the shop a few times service was always at least average. Today was drastically different. I came in at my scheduled time. I was left sitting for 30 minutes while they worked on someone who walked in the door after me, mind you, I had an appointment... The worst part was when I asked him to shape my nails a little better because I asked for almond and 3 out of 10 nails were square. They were different sizes, different lengths... I was very nice about it... he Claimed I held my fingers crooked and proceeded to tell me that they worked very hard. Which I acknowledged but reminded him that we also pay a lot of money and to please reshape them.The whole thing was just messy. He continued to try to argue And very angrily started trying to fix the shape... Which was still not correct. To make it worse, I was told, do not come back, find somebody else to do them because I know I do good work. I was charged higher than any other time i've been as well. Still tipped bc as a salon manager I understand how their tips matter...but it was not deserved. While trying to pay and leave so I could go pay another shop to fix the mess he made, 2 other customers told them, they were not happy with their service, they asked for manicures and got Polish changes with no massage, no cuticles being removed, no lotion, et cetera. The reaction? Rude, to them as well Smh, I'll happily go elsewhere.
