Let me start with the best/good...polite staff, engaging and clean.

Areas of improvement includes the gel manicure. I don't know the name of the girl I had yesterday, she was very kind though. I told her I wanted rounded edges of my nails but not to point of almond shape. The nails are square and uneven/crooked. I didn't have a chance to look at them until I left, which I can deal with but it just looks sloppy and didn't leave a good impression. I don't plan on returning, for the cost of the manicure I shouldn't have to be filing them at home just to make them even and look better.

My cousin loves this place... so my aunt and I decided to go. I received the SNS service (real nails) and gel pedicure (French with both) It cost me $120.00. The SNS was applied paper thin... but I could tell the employees were ready go as it was closing time. The next day a nail chipped. I didn't make a fuss because I live in Shelby, and I wasn't driving to Gastonia for $3.00 repair. This morning I went swimming and another nail broke down to the meat! I have been swimming everyday for over a year with SNS and have never had this problem. I am in so much pain and will be removing the rest of the nails as this is an hazard/infection ready to happen. I have paid much less for much better! I will not be returning and I do not want them to fix anything!

i came for special event nails and specifically asked for someone who could do designs. i gave her multiple examples and she basically said it wasn't possible to do any of them. i ended up getting some kind of stickers that i didn't really like and she sealed the nails off already after asking to change them because they looked like they were done by a 4 year old. was not satisfied at all.
