Absolutely terrible service. I came in for a full pedicure l. I was cut and the nail tech had no interest in my concern. Secondly the shaping was not what i asked through the entire process i kept telling her i wanted square. After filing it down constantly i ended up with short rounded edges and a sloppy paint job the nails were not cut even. Even after asking to speak with a manager i was told "there is no manager" this is why people go to independent nail techs now, cause they are more valued and their quality of work is amazing.... This "pedicure" was $80 and is trash
I got a nail infection, most likely from the salon. I will never return. I got these done a week ago, there was no noticeable cuts. I got dip done, and ended up with one nail infected and needing antibiotics...doctor said nail salons can transfer germs. Don't go here.
Good service but way over priced. I feel like I was talked into a more expensive process or project or materials than required or requested. Will not be going back. There is no reason for me to pay over $160 for a pedicure and a fill in. They talked me into removing my original acrylic nails for new ones with I guess a better grade acrylic.? Whatever, It was mothers day... ugh
The man who did my nails here did such a great job and took his time. I got acrylic and gel and was very pleased!
My nail tech was nice and courteous. However, the rest of the staff talked soo loud to each other and continuously. They were rude and taking calls on face time. The prices have gone up $4 for a regular pedicure but no additional service or time. I'm glad to be gone and will NOT return. Soo much for a relaxing time.
