The owner of this nail salon is very disrespectful and rude. She also tends to cater to a specific group of people and it's very public. The acrylic nails always break or bend without doing much at all. I would've thought this place would be a little better but my experience was horrible. A no for me.

This is the worst French gel manicure I've ever had. The lady seemed to be in a rush, even though I got there early in the morning and no one was waiting. Lots of careless mistakes... polish overflowing off the nail, a piece of fuzz painted in, rough edges, sloppy white tips. There's a reason they keep the place dimly lit. I can normally count on a gel manicure to last two weeks, but this one started to chip not even a day later. Will not be going back.

This salon has the worst customer service EVER! I just moved to TN from California so I'm completely aware of how things "normally" work and I found a nail tech I had really liked (Kim)! But whenever I tried to book with her the owner would deter me by saying she's with a client or call back closer to the date you want your nails done. Which was extremely inconvenient seeing how in normal salons you can book 1-2 weeks ahead of time so your schedule isn't thrown off. Besides that he was extremely abrasive & unprofessional to the point where I felt unsettled every time I called to try and book a appointment. Finally it came to the point where I caved and said "ok we'll please just give her my number and when she's free she can call me so I can schedule an appointment with her." Weeks went by and I never received a return call from the nail tech so I decided to follow up on the issue except this time the salon wouldn't answer my phone calls due to caller i.d. I ended up calling private and low and behold the Owner picked up and had all the excuses in the world why the call wasn't answered nor was my call returned. Even went as far to state that the nail tech works at other salons and has other clients to tend to & I'm not the only one waiting for her to contact them. The whole experience was like nothing I've ever experienced before I've never been spoken to in such a derogative way in my life and will not accept it. If your debating on a good salon with etiquette to spend your hard earned money please don't consider Venus salon you'll be disappointed and end up wasting ALOT of money & time.

I rarely write reviews for companies but this was appalling that this salon is still in business no one should have to subject themselves to mistreatment and discrimination just to have their nails done its not that serious. But yes I hope who ever reads this and even if you do decide to venture into this nail salon you know what your getting yourself into.

This is literally for the trash ass service. I was in from out of town and called twice about service. The second time I called they asked me how long it would take me to get there and I said ten minutes and they told me to come in. I get there and tell me they can't take me. What kind of crap is that! So I paid for an Uber and wasted my time. Just terrible customer service. Do be greedy and overbook.
