0/10, listen to the reviews and pick somewhere else. Got acrylic toes done here and I am less than impressed. Firstly I went through the entire pedicure and had to stop the guy because he was painting my nails! Without acrylic! Which was fine, I figured maybe it just wasn't communicated properly. After they had to go back and remove the gel, with the e file, they called some lady that wasn't in the store and quoted me $65 for a full set of acrylic toes and $10 for only two toes...I'm going to let y'all do the math there. Continuing on, the literal list of services says a full set of acrylic is $35 so I'm trying to figure out where the extra $30 came from??? Even with gel it's still only $50 so please be so serious. I definitely sat in that chair and critiqued every little thing until they got my two toes looking just the way I wanted them since they wanted to try and scam me on pricing. I didn't let them paint my nails and let them know I'd paint them myself all she needed to do was shape my two big toes. If your prices aren't true you need to be honest! Shame on this establishment. First time customer- Never coming again.

I wished I had read the review BEFORE going for service first time. The dip & mani, I should get a refund. Only 3 days after, the dip is cracking and chipping off my nails. I have it applied to my natural nail no tips.I paid too much for the mani service for them to look this bad! I really should have read the reviews. All dip comments are true. The one star is for the lady who did my feet. The pedicure was heaven. I mean my feet had not seen care since July 2019 & the lady worked a miracle. I left a tip for her. As usual I will not go back due to language difference which I am sure would be on possible.

DO NOT GET DIP POWDER. I'm writing this review based on going here off and on when my nail tech isn't available for about 1-2 years. Last week was the first time I tried dip powder from them. I usually go to a salon on the west end, but this one is closer to me. I went in there at about 4:45 with gel on my nails, and then asked about their dip powder colors. Now, something told me not to get it, but they last longer and I've been getting Dip Powder for almost two years. I took a break and got gel like 3-4 times within that time (usually when I'm being cheap). So this day, I pick my color and she starts the process. I start analyzing immediately because it's being done different than my regular nail tech. So I continue watching the process until it gets to the last step before the clear. Now usually, my tech uses the small machine that they have to smooth out the nail, just like you would acrylic. NO, SHE DOES NOT DO THIS STEP. I ask her was she about to put the last coat on it, and she said yes. I said "no, there are still bumps and lumps on my nails, this doesn't look done at all". I'm speaking very calmly. She starts yelling "what do you mean". I said "I get dip from my other salon every 3 weeks, this is not how it looks. I have pictures to show you". She told me "alright, I'll take off for you" (horrible customer service). I told her I didn't have the time to wait for them to be taken off. She said "ok you don't pay, if you didn't want to pay you shouldn't have come here. Don't come back here again, I'm not doing bails for you anymore. You never get dip powder you don't know what it looks like you always get gel from me or pedicures. You just didn't want to pay" so I'm getting upset at this point, I've come to this shop before and paid my hard earned money. Don't come for my character like that and say that to me. Don't insinuate that I've come to say i didn't like my nails, so that they would be free. So I told her she can put the top coat on and I'll never come back here again. Pictures are attached to show, but like one person said on here, the pictures doesn't do justice on how horrible it looks. I'll attach a picture of my nails from here (light blue) and what they should look like when I've gotten them done before (burgundy). It should never look bulky or thick.

Always the worst. Been here about five times and they're rude, don't ask what you want and just start working. Each time I get acrylics they all fall off after a week. Also they claim to do reflexology but it's just awkward and begrudging hand messaging. All around just horrible. I've seen them scam people into waiting by making them just sit in the pedi chairs for a half hour doing nothing. Very awkward vibe.

I went for a dip powder manicure. Have you ever had a manicure where they don't soak your nails first? Well I did here. I was sitting there wondering if she was going to clean up my cuticles without soaking them first, and sure enough she started shoving back dry cuticles with a metal cuticle tool. The box of tools she was using did not appear to be sanitary or new. She began filing my nails with a very coarse emery board which ultimately cause me to bleed in two places. When she finished the manicure my nails were full of ruts because she used the wrong top coat. She filed them again, and added two coats of a different top coat that was still wet and sticky after 10 minutes! A different technician finally sanded all of that off and put the correct top coat on; however, less that a week later the gel is already lifting :-( I don't even want to go back there to have them re-do it. By the way they did not even offer a discount for the mess. They were very nice ladies, but I will not be going back.
