the worse pedi i have ever had in my 30 years of getting my feet done!!!! (male did toes but then lady took over halfway through him jacking the gel up as he polished) then i asked for a polish change on my nails thinking the lady would do a better job - I have more gel on my skin than my nails, and hardly any on the edge of my nails - look horrible! and on top of that they are rude! do yourself a favor, pass right by this place!!!

I love getting pedicures here. Especially by Max, he takes his time. I don't know about everyone else but this is my pedicure spot for sure.

I love this place. They are the only people who do my eyebrows and nails correctly. I just don't like when the guy, Max, starts nails because he normally does the pedicures. Just make sure you get your nails done from one of the ladies there. For the prices, they come up with those off the top of their head as well but overall, I love coming to them.

I wanted to go somewhere close as I was only getting a disk off since I was doing my nails later. I didn't feel like taking the time to do it myself but I wish I had. I went in and I made customer number 5. Two people were getting pedicures, one getting nails done, one lady editing plus me. There were two workers and I guess one guy in training so he was just watching. I thought after the young lady was done on the nails she would call the lady that was next and call me to start soaking off my gel. Oh no, it didn't happen that way ! She started doing the nails of the other lady. I waited a total of 40 minutes to get called to start soaking. Then the lady that was getting the gel off she was filing hard and I kept jerking my finger back, she was filing on my nail when the gel was already gone off one of them so it was hurting and burning. I will not be gong back ever and the person that said it looked run down is correct when you walk inside! Never again!

I was recommended this place by a friend about 9 months ago and have been going there ever since. I never had a problem until my last visit. I got my nails done on a Saturday and that following Thursday night one of my nails spilt in half. So The next morning, I called and spoke to a woman name Anna. I explained to her what happened and if she could fix it. The first thing she says is you have to pay, we only fix nails for free up to 3 days if you got a full set and up to 1 day if you got a fill in. Then she goes to say you need to be careful, you broke your own nail and it has already been a week. So I said well I was calling to see if you could fix it, I never said anything about wanting it to be free, and technically it has not been a week, Saturday will make it a week. So when I went into the salon, she asked how can she help and I told her that I was just on the phone with her about getting my nail fixed. So then she said have a sit, as she proceeded to fix my nail, she had a attitude the whole time, then when she started painting the nail, it was sloppy so I had to ask her to fix the polish and to apply another coat because it was gel polish. After my nail dried, she didn't even tell me how much it was, so I took my card to the register to pay and she said oh it's $5 or more with a card. I said well How much is my total, she said $3. So I said well I don't have any cash so I have to use my card. She responds it's $5 with a card. So at this point I was already upset about the bad customer service I was given and I was just ready to go so I paid the $5 just to use my card. After she gave me my receipt, I didn't get any type of thank you for your business or have a good day. I have been coming to this nail salon for 9 months and this is the type of service I got. They have truly lost a loyal customer and also lost out on money, especially tips. I will never step foot inside this salon again.
