Went here on Saturday (12/16/23) with my cousin(this was her 1st time) however this was my 2nd visit. I love how Mai did my nails. The only downside to it is for the set I got it was rather expensive ($90) & my paint on my thumb is already chipping off (today is Sunday 12/18/23). She has a great attitude & we had a fun convo .. I'd say just keep in mind they charge one price for a pedicure itself then an xtra $15 for the gel polish but they don't put it on the flyer they hand you when you're sitting in the pedicure chair. (A little deceiving) but yeah I'm gonna stick with her. I had a guy the 1st time & he wasn't bad just seemed as he didn't care much to engage with me at all. That was cool but it also steered me away. Glad I gave this spot another try. Oh yeah they offer complementary drinks & the music was nice. Be careful who you choose & speak up! If you don't like something ladies let it be known what's the worst that can happen? This is your money !!

For starters. My Nail tech was TOM (DO NOT GO TO HIM). He is very rude,very rough, and is not personable at all. I will attach photos of my nails. I drove all the way up from Winston for this experience that was TRASH. I'm not sure about any one else which I pretty sure there is great talent there but DO NOT GO TO TOM.

I follow an influencer on TikTok and because of her review I chose for the first time to walk into the salon and get my nails done at 5 PM.

Receptionist was very nice handed me a piece of paper with my name, phone number and service on it to hand to the nail tech, which was different, huge beautiful Salon they set me with someone named Tom.(HORRIBLE ATTITUDE,RUDE AND DOES NOT DO NAILS WELL AT ALL)

I had gotten a full set which meant he had to soak off my nails which he did and that was not a problem. He did not cut my natural nail down, nor did he file it down? He applied a tip of which weren't secure on some of the fingers on the sides. I mentioned it, he said don't worry,

He put primer on the top of my nail, but didn't put it all the way down nor did he buff out the new tip that he put on

He applied the acrylic which was uneven on practically every nail. I mentioned it he put more acrylic. He filed my nails, and they were uneven, and some of the tips on the side were very thin and separating from my own nail as they were before he put the acrylic on.

I told him the style that I wanted the color I wanted the shape that I wanted and showed a photo-He picked a totally different color and told me it looked better and that's why he chose. I told him that was not the color I pulled the picture back up I blew the picture up and said it where he can see it, and he continued one hour and 15 minutes later I was not happy and he told me to get up from his table. He was not doing my nails anymore. I was shocked I told him to call a manager he called the young lady over. I showed her the picture and the color she took me over to the owner, who told her to wipe the polish off which she did while I stood there. I then said I want this fixed and begin getting very upset because they were talking in their language, making me feel very uncomfortable knowing that they were talking about me.

I was livid at this point because now it was an hour and a half which should've only taken a 45 minute service, an hour tops.

they sent me with the young lady who filed my nails down with the drill. Put more acrylic on my nails. I asked to clean under my nails she said something to Tom. He said something back to her and then she says you didn't want your nails cut I said I thought they should have been cut and he told me not to worry about it .

So basically now I'm feeling like y'all are blaming me for my nails. Looking horrible

Now it's an hour and 45 minutes and she has put the acrylic on over the horrible job that he did. There's no shape to my nails some of them look different than the others, she put the polish on my nails which still didn't look like the picture but I was steaming at this point and just wanted it over and done when I sat with Tom he told me that the style that I showed him and the service would be $60 when I left I paid $75 for my nails and I almost lost it at the register. I tipped the young lady because she took the time to try to fix my nails and was very kind ....however,

I am not satisfied and am very upset!!!! Full set took two people and 2 hours-absurd!!

Salon is only numbers driven atmosphere, and the quality of Nails is absolutely NOT what they specialize in....will post pictures later they are not uploading for some reason WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE... now I must drive 40 minutes back to them and get soaked off .. fight for my refund and go somewhere else to get nails done so my Sunday will be totally wasted!! Such an annoying experience... never ever will go back and they need licenses revoked IF they are licensed.

Went to get a pedicure, I should've known it wasn't going to be good when a customer who got a pedicure a day ago from the tech who was doing my pedicure came in complaining about how her polish was messed up. The tech started arguing with her & when she was finally assisted by a manager, he spent the whole time he was supposed to be doing my feet watching her & messing up my polish. I got gel polish so he dried it before cleaning up where the polish was on my skin. It's super nice on the inside as far as decor, they serve you refreshments, but the quality in service is lacking.
