This place is horrible. I came in for a pedicure and SNS manicure with tips. The woman doing my nails cut my toenails very short, and the polish is uneven. It does not even go all the way to my cuticle, so it looks grown out after just getting them done. The worst part was my manicure. The SNS is lumpy, uneven, and very thick. After leaving, one nail was completely bent upwards, so I called back for a redo of this entire manicure. I came in 2 days later, and they only attempted to fix the one nail. The man removed the dip powder and tip, applied product, and then took it off again. When he applied it for a second time, it looked like a child applied it. I got up and walked out as these nail techs have zero idea what they are doing and are clearly not using proper technique. Horrible experience and will not return.
Went in Lee Spa Nails on Christmas Eve about 5pm to get my lashes done left a tip by Christmas morning 7 a.m. one of the lashes was completely off of course I was going out of town for Christmas so I could only make a video to the time stamp when it came off. After doing hair for years I wasn't expecting a refund I was expecting them to rectify the situation. If I ever had a client that was unhappy with a hairstyle the next day I would do my best to fix the situation at no cost I wasn't expecting them to pay when the job wasn't done right in the first place. Complete waste of money and this is why they tell us to shop with our own people I'm glad that my best friend does nails I will no longer be going to them for their service. How do you expect me to pay again when it wasn't done right in the first place.I have a Video with one of the employees responses or my Facebook page just search #Leespanails
Awful experience today. Was in the area and needed my nails done. Decided to get SNS and wanted white. They proceeded to tell me that they did not have white. The nail technician pulled out the SNS colors and has all of about 8 colors to choose from. I decided to proceed and choose another color because I did like another color. It appeared as though this nail technician has no idea how to file my nails. Looked awful. Then she tried getting the polish open and asked another worker to do it. She came back and told me that she could not proceed with the manicure because she could not get the polish to open but wanted to charge me $10 for a polish removal!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Plus this place is dirty. BEWARE.
Jimmy is AWESOME!!! Been going here since I was 16 and has always kept my nails looking amazing. Jojo (his wife) does a great job on lashes and eyebrows. I don't let anyone do my pedicures but Nitra *i think that's what we told me her name was* she makes my feet so smooth like silk!!!!!
I will NEVER be frequenting to this salon again. I got a gel manicure Friday evening and Monday morning my gel has lifted off my nail. HIGHLY unacceptable. The cleanliness of the salon was questionable on site. I should have left immediately upon that. If I could give no stars I would because even one star is too much.
