I asked for a pedicure and was brought to the chair - no water, no pedicure. They charged me for a polish change. My toes weren't done, cleaned up - nothing... and they just put their polish on for $20... I said I asked for a pedicure? And she said oh sorry, next time. NEXT TIME??? ill never be back.
I have been there several times but will NOT go again! Today I went in for mani pedi. There was only one other customer in there. The two people who did my mani pedi were just awful....hurried me through as though they had people waiting. The person who did my nails cut the cuticle on one finger, making it bleed....then she put polish on so thick she had to start over. I was there a maximum of 30 minutes! Too many other nail places to go to in Charlotte.
Came into this place and they were able to take me as a walk-in. They are in a shared parking lot at the Arboretum. The staff seemed nice. I requested a dip manicure. Someone started on my nails and then they transferred me to another worker. No real massage with given for my arms and hands and unfortunately just after a week into my manicure and it's chipping on most nails. I was upset after getting ombré and paying the extra money for each mail just for it to chip. I had to ask for a beverage to drink. It wasn't offered anything. I don't recommend at this time. Good luck.
This place is a hidden gem in the Arboretum. I have been desperately looking for a new nail salon post Covid and have left countless places disappointed and overcharged. NOA is absolutely incredible. It's nicely decorated and very clean. They have every color imaginable. At their recommendation I tried SNS for the first time and I know I'm already hooked. I've been seeing Phonda, who is wonderful, but everyone at NOA seems great. Easy to make an appointment and also walk in. Can not recommend this nail salon enough!
First and last time visiting this salon. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who did my nails; she was really nice, however, my nails looked horrible. So, I go back to get them fixed and was told there's an hour wait, so I wait. Another lady comes in with no appointment and was still helped before me. My time and my dollar is valuable.
