Valbona Beauty Salon in Chicago, IL

I've gone to the finest salons on Oak Street & in the northern suburbs, and no one can compare to Valbona's. Not only are the prices very reasonable, but their cuts are beyond -- and everyone who works there is so nice. My entire family goes, as well as my closest friends. (I almost don't want to share this hidden gem! :) But both Valbona and her husband, Roland, are the best professionals ever!!! My hair has never looked so good...

Service did not follow instructions, quality of haircut is not worth the price. Highly reccommend at home cut or somewhere else.

I'm so glad I found this place. This place is very roomy, nice, has great service, and very affordable. The hairstylist was very friendly and understood what I wanted. She did an awesome job. Colored my hair exactly as to what I described and cut my hair very nice. My daughter also got her haircut and she loved it. I got color, cut, blow dry for cheap. Usually I pay in the hundreds to get my hair done, but I payed less than $100.00 to get everything I requested for, AND this price included my daughter's haircut. Most importantly though, I got the results I envisioned. I Highly recommend this place for friendliness, price, and expertise.

This is the first time I've ever been to Valbona's new beauty salon I used to see her at her older salon on Foster and Elston and I'm the type of person that moves freely from one hair stylist to another because I can never find one that can cut my hair the way I want it to be. And when I do find someone who does cut short hair correctly to my satisfaction they never stay around. My gal I had ended up moving to Sarasota Florida so then I remembered that I should patronize the neighborhood shops and I remembered Valbona cuts really nice short hair , so I went to her and WOW did she do a fabulous job and for a fraction of the price that I was charged before I mean I was paying up towards $95.00 a haircut wash and style and Valbona's is under $25.00 what a big difference and I like it better. I will definitely be going back to Valbona's from now on every 6 to 8 weeks for my haircuts.

Absolutely beautiful work! Valbona did spectacular work on three ladies for a wedding in a matter of a few hours. The shop was clean, well kept. They were on time which was perfect because our event was promptly starting at 2:00 . Great conversation, great styling ideas she had a assistant that did pre-work also which kept things rolling in such a timely matter. I would recommend 1,000 percent . I'll show a pic of my mother in laws color and style. Amazing.
